Your actions are drawing the threat of Holocaust towards the ancient forests of amia. This is a FACT.

Each day; More and more causalities are seen piled up in the ancient forest.
By openly OPPOSING the church of bane, you are dooming the only tranquil place there is. You RISK the great Duir; you gamble with lives and holy land.

WHY must these skirmishes and raids go on; why must endless revenge be sought towards each other.

Sometimes, the only thing a man may do in the face of overwhelming odds and a far more powerful enemy, is to stand down.
Stand down so you can safe what is left to save.
Do not send your allies, brothers and sisters, brethren, and foremost - Civilians, into the maw of bane, a maw of death and despair which will come roaming down the mountain of Guldorand at any given time.
SURRENDER. Allow the church of bane to roam in Amia forest, for the impending doom is far to close, Do not risk the life the Earthmother has given you.

If you placate the Banites and stand down here, will this suit them?

From what I understand of Bane's dogma, all is to fall under his sway. ALL. This does not leave room for Corellon, this does not leave room for Silvanus, this does not leave room for Kossuth, this leaves room for NO OTHER DEITY!

Will this sate their lust for conquest? NO! They will move on. They will take Bendir Dale, a village for whom many were willing to answer the call when their mayor was taken by Banites. Returning him was costly, but it was done.

I do not think this will stop them.

I do not think that anything, short of their being found and imprisoned or killed to the man without any means of return shall truly stop them beyond all shadow of doubt.

But, if you want to continue to think freely, LIVE freely.. that is the price. That, or running.

If you don't want to help protect that which is your holy duty to protect, leave. Do not get in the way of true protectors who will fight to keep the forest free. Your will is weak and your faith is not much stronger if you feel we must give in to Banite tyrants. You bring shame to the Earthmother by not fighting for nature when it's threatened and in need of you.

I suggest you think long and hard about what you're suggesting. If your opinion remains the same, you should consider choosing a different path. The path of the protector is to preserve and defend. If you will not, move aside. What we love, as protectors, is firstly faith and nature. If you would give up nature and betray faith in order to prevent battle, you have evidently lost your way.

It was hard for Madrik Street to read the poster. Not due to its propaganda, nor its disheartening content, but Madrik has such an ill tolerance for stupidity, his eyes cringed the entire trip down the message.

Finally, the poster was read. He takes a deep breath in release from ending his trial of paying his attention toward such idiocy. He can hardly believe someone was dumb enough to actually post this and believe his own illusion.

Madrik thinks to himself, "The demand of surrender for the sake of innocence? The poster pleads it. This is nothing more than ego."

You call yourself defenders, Protectors, HEROES.

But in all, you only bring death and war to our doorsteps. To MY Doorstep.
I would leave this land if it was not for my DUTY and love for it's inhabitants, but it's PRECISELY why i forfeit and surrender to the crude hand of bane.

I DO NOT WISH TO SEE MY LOVED ONES PERISH. I would rather live, and tend to the little i have left.

*looks at the poster and then softly sighs with a single shake of her head. The reply sent forth bears the same calm tone she is often known for.*

We could no more break an oath to the Lords and Ladies of the Emerald Court whom we serve than we could slit our own throats to aid a foe who seeks us gone for their momentary amusement.

There is harm done to the forest with each battle, none refute that claim for none who have ever risked their lives could. But for each harm which is done in the forest, there should also be a penitence of healing to restore it. Do not belittle those who make those efforts as well please.

You seek one path of aid for the forest, many will take another. The path which you take is not one others may wish to walk and the path of those who cannot nor will not set aside their oaths, is to fight back.

The fight is not because it is wished, but because it must be so or we would betray the very gods who had gifted us. Even the Lady of Peace, Eldath, spoke that one of her faithful could lift a hand in defense if there were truly no other way.

Bane will leave no other way and should they control the forests and lands, they will leave nothing behind but ruin. And it will be a ruin good Tristan, for the creatures of the forest can smell the fear which will come if those of Bane control it and they will stay far away. A forest without creatures is a body without blood or breath. Slowly but surely, it will die.

If it is truly believed by you that a forest under the dark hand of Bane could ever remain a true forest then may it be suggested to take some days to meditate and pray? The pounding of impassioned blood in your veins may be drowning out and whispers of the Lady you spoke of serving.

This is simply the thought of one being to another Tristan, only that.

I think the one called "Tristan" speaks truth and makes a good point. If you were all not so blinded be the need to be heroic then much of the bloodshed and death could be avoided.

I have seen first hand how trigger-happy and war-mongering many of the nature defenders are and have come to a realisation. They are only animals who know not what they are doing.

They argue about "Outsiders" and some openly kill them in the forest, did you ever think that some of that which the druids summon are not of this plane?

The Banites though: While they are a threat at times to the forest, this does not mean that they must be attacked if they do not seem to be threatening the forest in any way.

Think of it this way. Banites are actually lawful in their actions, while not as lawful as a paladin... this is what they are. I believe this is why they want the forest. Those within are being too chaotic for their own good.

Than wanders away towards the forest, looking for the druid with such name.

The world would be better in ruin than under the subjugation of Bane.

You will do all a favor and crawl to the doorstep of the Banite church and surrender immediately, Tristan. There is no room for filth like you. Noone is to fear the petty god Bane, noone is to succumb to his petty dogma. You will be left in the cold, not even worth sacrificing.
