"Good riddance to one more adventurer," seems the prevailing sentiment of the Cordorian community, who have never been fond of Quin or the mercenary band advertising themselves as knights.
BLACK is respectfully notified that normal business hours at the Cordor docks unfortunately cannot be interrupted for a funeral procession or service, although they are encouraged to hold it on offshore Moribund, where the deceased may be interred for a simple burial fee.

Angered by the defacement of his posters, Field Marshal Johnson attaches a brief note to the affected posters.
It is the responsibility and outright duty of the Guard to provide equal protection under the law to all citizens, not just to people you happen to be friends with. Anyone wishing to argue this fact with me should do so in person, I'm easy to find.

The Guard attempted to do their job and investigate the manner and you chose to be difficult and not cooperate. Rumor has it that it is only because one of your subordinates disobeyed you and tried to resolve the manner legally that you yourself aren't catching the heat for your subordinates crime. The Guard does its job well, but idiots like you 'Dick' make it hard for them to do it.

Another unsigned note.
As an additional note, Citizenship under Cordorian Law requires four elements:
- Proof of Property/Land ownership and Employment
- An oath of loyalty
- A month Class on citizenship and what it means to be a citizen
- Citizenship Examination.
Outside of these, one is considered a guest in Cordor.

Johnson has now become enraged at the continued posting of amendments and addendums to his posters, and writes the following on the few that continue to be defaced.
I'm going to remind you all one last time that this is a man's death notice, not an open forum. Proper respect is appreciated. As for the cowards who are slandering a dead man anonymously, know this. I find one more notice defaced, I take what's left of the Late Commander's arsenal and I blow the watchhouse higher than a hellkite, occupied or not.

The Commonwealth Guard will not tolerate direct threats of terrorism or assault against the Commonwealth, its people, and its city.
The aforeposted threat by BLACK including the attempted destruction of Commonwealth Property and Land, including the Commonwealth Guard Watch House, as such will be classified as a Terrorist Act.
The party involved is hereby Wanted for further investigation. Community assistance leading to the arrest and subsequent interrogation of this individual will be rewarded.

An addendum is made to the Guard's post.
I cannot speak for the Ministry as a whole but I know if I see either this so called Black coat or any of his associates I recognize, I shall be sure to report their presence to the Guard. The threats of terrorism against Cordor CANNOT be abided by.
