*A few posters scattered about in some cities and villages throughout Amia*

The Island of Amia and its surrounding islands offers penty of untouched, untamed and un-explored wilderness to those who dare enter it. Many feel the urge, and many go, but many do also lack necesary training and knowledge to survive in the inhospitable wilds. Do you ahve the urge, but know the limits of your own training and experience? Do you wish to learn how to increase your chances of survival in the wilds? If so, contact Scout Stonesnake through Speedys.

I cannot teach you to fight better, to cast your spells to greater effect or gain more power. I can however teach you how to survive in harsh climate, avoid enemies, read the land for suitable paths, and make your expeditions less dangerous and more comfortable, without diminishing the excitement of exploration.

Shaundakuls blessings on all travellers,
Scout Stonesnake.

//If you find the thought of such lessons interesting, PM me. Aspiring rangers of all kinds are encouraged to contact me :)

By the Seldarine, spending time out in the wilderness when you don't even have to?? He should pay ME to do it!

A wood elf female stops by Cordor briefly to resupply. When she finds that notice and reads from it, she retrieves a piece of parchment of poor quality from one of her bags and writes down a message, her handwriting being as rough as barkskin - one would think she doesn't write too much or perhaps is just lazy to do that.

Note written, she delivers it to Speedy's and nearly runs towards the gates when done.

"I am almost there, Ed." She murmurs while she closes the distance between her and the city gates.

Nightal 20 1375 DR, Luthor Ultionis, Chaplain of The Ecclesia of Hoar, sends his greetings to Scout Stonesnake of the The Helping Hand.

Honored Scout Stonesnake,

I am Luthor Ultionis, Chaplain of The Ecclesia of Hoar, Caretaker of the Shrine of Hoar in Nes'ek. In my travels across The Island of Amia, I have happened upon your postings, and so I write to petition your 'helping hand' in the discipline of braving the wilds.

My numinous calling, the Duty of Divine Reciprocity, compells me to travel. At the behest of The Doombringer, I often take to the hinterlands in hot pursuit of heinous men and other evil-doers to exact upon them their just deserts. And do not think for a second that Hoar's Retribution discriminates difficult terrain; The Hand of Fate must be able to reach all, I must be able to transcend all obstacles, be them mundane or magical, to fulfill the prophesied Vengeance onto Evil.

If you were to bolster my capacity in said endeavors, I would compensate you duly, for it is written: "Fitting recompense will always accrue for one's actions. Violence will meet violence and evil pay back evil, but good will also come to those who do good."

Luthor Ultionis,
Chaplain of the Ecclesia of Hoar

*New notes are tacked under the old*

It is pleasing both to me and the Helping Hand that there are those interested. The first lecture shall be held in Amia Forest in a tenday, near the herbalists hut.

//Tomorrow, saturday, at 18.00 GMT. If this does not fit with those ineterested, do let me know when it suits better, but do this in PM, not in the thread.
