So I'm in a faction that's just starting up pretty much Lathander's Army. I've read a few things and most people said use Nes'ek or the temple in cordor for our HQ, but what about later on when the faction expands? Those places won't be very good HQ's then.

If there's enough of you, go for it. If not, they might wish to join as an arm of the Defenders to increase faction survivability on both sides.

I've told Dzumbra before that youguys can come to Kohlingen if you want to.
If you are about to reorganize the Knights of the Light then we can talk about that ICly. Will knows Yaston so if you like the idea then find me ingame and we will discuss it.

Standard suggestion here -
Work with and join a faction that already exists, instead of increasing the seperation moreso by making yet another niche faction.

QFE. Amia has more than enough factions already. It's far better to join an existing one than to start small groups everywhere. I know it's fun to lead a faction, but it's much more fun to work your way up than to just be there from the start.

I'm down with this and Won Won's comment as well.

Yes, you are always welcome in Kohlingen. We already decided once that you could also use the keep if you want to make it your HQ. It is quite a nice place. Atm we are two factions there.
We work closely together most of the time but each one can also work on its own agenda or conduct its own rituals, according to its special nature.

Dont let grumpy Carter put you off! :P If you want to attempt to do it then do it, theres no harm, but all im saying is good luck, Alot of players seem to get bored from factions like this and tend to play on alts and everything dies down again.

There already is a Church of Lathander on Amia though.

Sure does, it's just grossly unorganized. Help organize it and you're good to go.
The Chapel in Cordor and Temple in Nes'ek are plenty good enough, are you kidding? You have a whole settlement in Nes'ek and then you have a secondary HQ in the chapel! What else do you want? Put it to use!

Yeah, Dawnbringer Aylomen here, Knight of Light.
I'd say that the Nes'ek is our best option. Most HQ like. And we actually have about.... 5-7 people that are in the Army of Light. The army is really that much factionish, its just more or less -"People worshipping Lathander that can fight". Thats really all.
So, what Character do you play on anyways, and we can work this out IC?
