I saw The Guys post about "Positive" posts so I thought, we can have both. Pointing out flaws is good and funny but pointing out what is interesting, awesome, funny, hillarious or plain out perfect in another character is also interesting to see. It might be bit to hugboxy but it balances out the other thread and gives fun directions and a interesting aspect and maybe praise to people who are not feeling that appreciated at times or feeling left out.
Not sure there is another one but I leave it here and let you people decide what happens to this.

HoJo is the embodiment of strange and bizarre. He has this lingering aura of wanting to keep as far away from him as possible, yet he draws you in to interact.

Rico is always trying new things, always inventing new plans, and always working for his people. He has some interesting skills that I know a certain Air Genasi might be interested to learn!
(Also, thanks Budly, I think concentrating on positives is a better way to go, negatives, even in jest, grow and fester)
Plays Roach, even if Budly and her is on bad terms it seems like a interesting character and I enjoy reading about her crazy ideas and mindset in the journal.
(Anytime mate! You're welcome!)

Ember may have her own, less favorable opinions on Budly, but I find him hilarious. He's like everybody's radical republican uncle who makes Thanksgiving dinner awkward, but in the best way. It takes a certain kind of player to play that kind of crotchety, and I appreciate it.

Ember and HoJo haven't had much interaction. But from what I can see, Ember is very cautious and coherent of HoJo. Which is great considering its HoJo.
Haven't had the pleasure of being around you enough; you seem a pillar of the playerbase, people like you, and there's a good valid reason for that Keep it up!
Plays something very unique, and the little I've seen, does it fairly well. The character tries to get others involved in things, which, is a good thing.
Roach has a lot of determination, she's very loyal and wont leave her people behind. Also always says whatever comes to her mind!

Jacob doesnt take himself too seriously, and is pretty easy to work with and goes along without a massive struggle on a lot of things, making him generally pleasant to be around.

Juna seems to be a deep character with a bad past and do not like parts of her heritage. Potato is the best thing ever and probably the one thing from the Tarkuul that Budly loves like it being his own child almost. Potato is awesome! Great contrast between mage and familiar!

I'm going to break the thread here a bit and instead of speaking on the character, I'll speak on the player. Even though our characters don't get along and Roach tends to goad him into arguments, the player has never been anything but a gentleman to me, even so far as getting worried I was upset a time or two over our IC conflicts. We need more people that can be that way, instead of crossing the lines of IC/OOC and getting butthurt.
Roach seems to be a very deep and well fleshed out character that is also played with alot of dedication. Sadly, I don't really have had alot of chances to talk to her except for our "Yo Tarkuul aint that bad you just don't know anything and also budly is stupid"-conversation
I love Peraga, Budly has almost unofficially adopted the young Hin girl as a daughter of his own and he really looks after her. Seems to had a really bad time in life and Budly feels he can help her out. A character with a pretty bad past and scars to show for it. Great!

Budly. The first time I net him, I had a compketeky different vibe from him. After that, he actually seemed somewhat nice. He definetely has a huge part of old man in him, both the yelling, but also the helpfulness. Barely knowing much about Farija, even after her jerkishess, he was willing to talk to her for a bit.
My impression all in all, is that Budly could be a very nice character, if there weren't as many reasons to be somewhat mean. Like Tarkuul.
Alex.... hmm. He wants to succeed, he's ambitious from what I can tell. He listens well, and follows commands though I secretly feel like he thinks he knows better. I'm anxious to see where he leads himself, but for now, take it as it comes.
Hmm, Juna. Well, good things? She's actually quite loyal, despite her attitude. She does as expected, which, for most Amians is a rare quality. The word... reliable comes to mind, albeit with a bit of bitch mixed in.

Consistent!
As much as we rarely if ever directly interact, all of TG's characters and not just his current one are very focused in what they want and do... which as a player makes me really jealous to see someone have that level of confidence in their own characters!

For some reason very dedicated to stealing the poor chickens of Bendir. I can't help but wonder why so much dedication flows into such a minor thing and I'm so hyped to see whats going to happen there.
Succesfully fills Budlys Nemesis roll by doing suich marginal stuff, just by beeing consistent
Just love how Peraga is played and I know that the player do not usually play characters like her! Very good work to play something one is not used to like you do!

Peraga is a violent murderer hiding in a sweetiepie's body.
Deva is a sweetiepie hiding in a giant's body.
What's not to love?!
But no seriously, both Peraga and Deva have provided some of the more interesting RP I've had of late. I'm probably biased because I love to see how psychological / emotional / mental ailments are explored in fantasy settings where they don't really have a simple diagnosis and way of treatment. Also, magic.
Peraga has proven to be quite complex in all the right ways. Like an onion. Many layers.
Deva has quickly found a spot in my heart for the doe-eyed Giant redhead niche that needed filling. I enjoy how deceptively simple her story seems to be, from face-value. Keep up the good work!
I've had the pleasure of interacting with both Peraga and Deva, but the latter more so lately. Deva is a sweetheart. She comes off wholly wild and unrefined, but she has a genuine heart of gold. My Mary adores her, even if she isn't one to really express it!

Joined way back in the days and kept to Amia it seems! Such loyalty is great and I had plenty fun with Pebbles and the others of her characters I met! Kind oldies like Jes is good for this server! Especially beside grumps like me

I have to say from what I've seen of the infamous Budlys toons, I like. The hin himself Budly never fails to make any situation a fun one as he always brings tension and controversy, and manages to do it often with out breaking faith. I enjoy the consistency in him.
I wish I saw more of loudmouth, only ever saw him once and I'll never forget. The only heckler I ever had at a tournament, and he was brilliant. Even so far as to escalate it into a fight that he didn't start. xD
It's a bit of an older observation, but Laura probably is the one character Alex really was kind... of in awe of? I don't know. He didn't like her, but she impressed him. She had power, didn't flaunt it like most other Tarkuulians were wont to at the time, and (partly because of that) she seemed like the one devoted to Tarkuul most. He didn't like her, per se, but he had some respect for her, and she was probably the one he'd want to cross least, of all Tarkuul PCs.
The little bit I saw from the surface makes her a PC that might be fun to interact with, though Alex might not neccessarily be the biggest fan of working with her.
Such a youngling! But it's good! New blood is good. Asks a lot of questions but it shows Robbi wants to learn. Is also a decent RP:er, Im sure I was much more fucked up his age.

Budly's devotion to the Shrine seems to go above and beyond what might be healthy for an old hin. He may also be one of the few who take threats to its security seriously (that's what he claims at least!).
Gerald? What can be said about Gerald? He seemed like a level headed "villian" of Tarkuul and did seem to have some care for the shitty parts of Cordor even if it contained using them somehow!

The La'Quella's were always good for magical RP and seemed to have their own interests and goals, though they were cautious who they shared them with. They were good for elven RP and made me yearn for the days of a thriving Winya, when Qirlan's and Theo's stalked the forest for non-elves to harass.
They were kinda greyish blue, and steel blue is my favorite color. So there's that.

Breaking the mold as a spellcaster in a D&D setting is not always an easy task as far as character development goes, because once you get past backstory and hints of flavor, you're still using the same spellbook everyone else is and it becomes easy to unwittingly pigeonhole yourself into an archetype based on your focus. (I.e. Evokers are pyromaniacs, necromancers are argumentative creeps, diviners are pretentious and cryptic, etc.) Beldor does a fantastic job of breaking this cycle and establishing himself as a truly unique wielder of the Weave. It's always fun to bounce fluffed up arcane theories off him for a little mystical banter.

In a time when DM support was at it's lowest, Ember always had ways of making her story move forward. Whether this was supported by the staff was null to me, as she did exactly what was asked of us. Don't sit around and wait for a DM, make RP happen. Through this cycle of ups and downs, she became a complex character, that if you were to engage, was a delight to RP with. Layered emotions and personal quirks made her three dimensional, and not just a character concept. Ember jad anima. I salute thee.
