Matthew,

I speak for all creators of magic items when I say that in order to create your staff we'll need to know more about what you need, for example - does your staff require divine or arcane magic? What is it you intend to create? It may be that few enchanters are capable of meeting your specifications, and might end up wasting your time in seeking employment.
