Probably is a murderer.

And likes large cats. Especially ones that make threats.

Corinn Aldaine is a well-to-do mage who seems to have given up a bright future on Amia for some reason. She could've had an Academy and been in on court politics in Kohlingen, but instead she hangs around banned individuals like Aiseth and tutors a young girl privately. One may ask: why? I believe this and her odd habit of preferential kindness and self-criticism to be her greatest weaknesses. I'm unsure whether she hides herself and her potential out of fear, shame or something else... But the flaw is there, and the reason is waiting to be uncovered by the lucky players that interact with Corinn. I find her a fascinating person and look forward to any more opportunities to understand her I may have myself!

A quick word on Dead's Lucius - Wooooow. A wonderful example of how an emotionless sack of rotting flesh who is obsessed with knowledge should be, not ZOMG I'M A VAMPIRE *twinkle twinkle while lovemaking in pools of blood* Downside, his social skills and hygiene are indeed right about on par with his lack of emotions!

I haven't gotten an overabundance of RP with Samantha quite yet, but she comes across, to me at least, as quiet and withdrawn, distant, and hard to draw into informative conversation/RP. Though it could always just be that Sehaikiita's GO GO GO FIRE-FURY-JOY-RAAAAWR approach pushes her into it, and I'm just an idiot :P

Sehaikiita has a crazy name, but I always have a lot of fun interacting with the character. I think there's more to her than FIRE FIRE FIRE YES AHHHAHAHAHAHA FURY FIRE JOY AHAHAHAH, but you have to peel back a few layers to get there. She strikes me as a wild zealot. Loopy, violent, and eager to make things explode.. but very smartly roleplayed.

Oh Krin...

His flaws are generally very readily apparent. He's egotistical, needlessly violent, vain, and a troublemaker. But his biggest flaws take some time getting to know him to figure out- he's loyal to a fault if he thinks you're his friend, and will get into a lot of trouble he would really rather avoid if you're in that handful of people he really cherishes.

Alanna has spent some of her most formative years with him, and he was there for her in some of the darkest points of her life- and conspicuously absent or antagonistic for others. When all is said and done, she still loves him. :D

Hmmm she's kind of too nice and wont put her foot down, or up peoples asses when it really might help to speed things along, also a bit passive she could stand to stand to let the dog run free and rip some peoples faces off.

Cory is passive in the opposite way. He's grumpy, confrontational and thinks the way to solve problems is to outcast/ban/bully people. To be fair, Sam has had this attitude in her life before... so she understands...

While he (and she) may have been aggressive people, though, I think his biggest weakness is his antisocial tendency. Far and above his inability to relate to others, he doesn't even want or try to mingle or understand them. It is by far his biggest flaw.

My character has only seen Samantha once or twice, though from what I've seen\heard, she'll likely be a great addition to the West Cordor crew. Creepily spying on people at the beach is a nice step in that direction ;D I hope to see more interaction with your character in the future, she looks to me like one of those quiet badasses (also Samantha is my real name so :D)

Sloan trips me out. Every time Dirk sees her he just isn't sure what to think of the chick.. She's a mess all the time and all emotional about one thing or another.. Dirk definitely avoids her as much as possible.

I'm not yet sure to make of Agryffa the halfling barbarian, but she seems a rounded-enough character to have flaws. She grew up in a somewhat rough area so savagery and brutality are kind of second nature to her - they make her perhaps overly pragmatic. She's hardly a cruel person (bloodlust aside) but she seems rather selfish, to the point where she appears devoid of compassion. While an effective existence and one that perfectly makes sense with her upbringing, I suspect that the sense of isolation could (or already does) lead to a lonely existence.

Having experienced only a few (quite tense) encounters with Velden, there's not much I can put on the list of his flaws. However, the thing that struck me the most about him is that Velden can be really hot-headed at times. There's no spectator position for him - and in the end he goes down to very impulsive reactions in tense situations, moving on to acting while completely skipping the thinking part. Next to that, I got a feeling he's narrow-minded, what in turn makes him unable to read others' intentions for shit. Also, I think he is slightly naive - or that is just his play which I haven't seen through yet!

Oh joy. >:3

Laiath.
A character I used to RP with daily for a long time. Miss those days.
I think unless he's changed, he's got an aura of arrogance, which comes with being a wizard for the blue team, naturally. It's not stiff, he's still a likeable guy and I can hardly fault him. Though... To this day, I still don't know too much about him. He's either something of an unintentional enigma in his actions, or he's so plain you can hardly believe it is in fact butter. But I guess that's what comes with playing a monk that focusses on the logical side of things, and less so the emotional morality side.

It did take a surprise to me when he did reveal to Kard months back now that he was in fact a member of Kohlingen.

Jack pulled his weapon on Theadric and called him a coward, then told him to fuck off for no apparent reason, then swore and called Nof fat. Nof's awesome, Jacks flaw in a nutshell.

I can only really comment on Kard, who Brodi used? to play.

Kard's not really a flawed character, or at least, doesn't possess any vices. And in this way he may be flawed, in that, he is slow to upset or slow to take action. Stoic to a fault, like most monks ought to assume in their own path. His aloof and peace with the world be it order or chaos tends to make him something of a loner, wise in subsiding his conflict to more of a personal battle than with any natural or worldly suffering, Kard battles Kard to suppress any temptation or diverging from the 'middle path' that is his neutrality. His dedication to walk that gentle path, is then his folly should conflict arrive, he may be the last to act, as he tries to get a feeling of the total problem rather than an immediate response. He was very much my favorite monk at the time.

EDIT: Stolen by other guy!

Let's see, Deevdru: I have had maybe five minutes of interaction with him, but it was an enjoyable five minutes. He seems like a dominant figure, easy to become aggressive and came to Amia with a carnal purpose. From my expectations so far, a baddy beast free of its leash, which makes him a target for those more cunning to build a knot in his chain, and keep him as a juggernaut to throw around at their whim. So for now, he best be careful watching who he works for! They can likely put him in a comfortable place.

If Aiseth would make a good Thayan, Raz'zak would make a beautiful dartboard were his cueball painted and he jammed into the stocks. That being said, he is awfully violent for a priest of enlightenment, but still very knowledgeable in religious matters, which comes in handy for Sehaikiita Esteriu Kiiriane, given her near-atheistic belief in her own will, power, and ability.

Wrong thread, guys. There's a "How known is the one who spammed above you" thread in Off Topic. :P

As for Esteriu, her biggest flaw is that she is carefree almost to the extent she's utterly careless. Fancying belief and emotion over logic and reasoning. While fun, this will undoubtedly land her in very hot (or cold) water some day. My characters will be there to laugh it up before being incinerated.

It's hard to pen a flaw at Laura because like my own main she keeps to herself like a sick wounded animal strays from the herd.
Having the same ludicrous faith as Lucius is obviously a flaw tho ;)

While I am grateful for the glowing compliments, this is the flawed character thread!

On that note, Krin is the most egotistical character i've probably ever seen, but seems to back up his words with actual power. He is almost too willing to kill for his ideals, and that makes him a good friend for Wicket!

I forgot the flaws! Wicket makes warbling sounds when she scratches herself, eats rats, and steals blood. She's generally an all around disgusting character... but I still think she's awesome!
