Good Day,
I would like to place a call out to the Magi of the Islands. Recently returning from a long journey, I have found the organizational structure of magic to be somewhat lacking. No longer do we have the Weave Knights or an order like them. Instead, we have groups forming and running around, such as the recent development of the 'Red Hand' to track down and kill Magi they believe to be Necromancers. The Eternal Order has been doing this for many years. This is not right nor should be continued. Mage should discipline mage. This goes with any group. Paladins do not want any to discipline their own except for them. Monks take their own under discipline. What is so different about magi? Should not fire be fought with fire, so to speak?
I am forming a new group for the order of magic, known as the Circle. Once we gain strength, we will ensure that the senseless murder and arrest of those accused of necromancy shall be brought to justice and disciplined according to those who understand and work with magic on a daily basis. This is a call to any mage who wishes to join and become a part of the new order of magic.
Please, send in your request to join through Speedies messenger service to me, I can be found in Cordor or outlying areas around Amia and surrounding Islands.
Signed respectfully,
Ryan Grant
// PM me for interest in the group, relatively new and would like to see some sort of interest pop up for this. Hoping to get at least a small/medium amount to start with to become the central Circle to judge/discipline/bring to justice necromancers.

*message is pinned in Cordor, just below original message* Quote: You could use a bit more fact-finding.
1. There is Seven Stars Academy in Kohlingen, you should go and see if you can join with them before setting up another mage group.
2. Red Hand attacks all arcane spellcasters, regardless if they are corpse shaggers or not.
3. There's no more Speedies, it's Commonwealth Courier Service now.
If you want to meet and talk in more detail, I'll be in Cordor later this evening.
Strength and Honor
Warlord Malatril Bannilylth // OOC: Should be around in 5-6 hours from this post.

The following is placed under any posting where H.L.B.'s posting is.
Oh, indeed. If you seek to rub shoulders with practitioners of the foulest of arts, who do it under the guise of 'freedom of knowledge', of course, then by all mean take the suggestion of joining Tarkuul.
Regardless, Mr. Grant, I do suggest you seek the Seven Stars Academy and see about joining them. I have met several of their faculty and they are quite the treat.
I bid you good day, -Lucious Kraven

*In Kohlingen*
I would speak with any practitioners of the Art who are concerned about the current events that trouble the isle and would like to do something productive. There are currently developments that could use the assistance of competent and rational-minded practitioners of the Art.
Furthermore, if you have questions about the organization once known as the Weave Knights, I can undoubtedly answer any.
I hold office hours at the Seven Stars Academy regularly, and I am also amenable to appointments if necessary. Do not hesitate to return missive.
Mystra's blessings, `Ulrik Valis, Instructor, Seven Stars Academy Magister of Kohlingen

A woman dress in red and black reads the posting and chuckles out loud. "Attacks all wizards...hmm. Seems they are quite misinformed. It's more like wizards attacking unarmed folks out of the blue and from behind." *shrugs and then scribbles a short line near the bottom* ~Your always more than welcome to come and speak with me and learn the truth. I'll even supply the drink at the Long and Short. ~

Do not let the ignorance of the religious fanatics blind your eyes and obscure your mind. The Magisterium Mortis studies all the aspects of the Art, not just necromancy, which is needed for understanding the Art as whole. Anyone who claims that studying and understanding the Art is possible though only one aspect should be properly educated. Until such is done, all of his claims and accusations against those who are studying the Art in its wholeness should be dully ignored. Seek me in my office in Magistra Mortis or in the library of Tarkuul if you wish to learn more.

I suppose it should not be held against you that you deem it appropriate to claim the high road in a matter such as this. However, rather than twist what I said in a poor attempt to bolster your potions you could have merely been truthful.
What I stated is not false. The study of the school of Necromancy is not to be shunned. What is immensely detestable is the practice of returning the dead to life. That, 'good sir', is what is reprehensible about the city in which your Magisterium resides.
In the future, please do not attempt to mislead the people, whether magic users or not, of this isle into believing you have anything remotely akin to 'good intentions'.
Good day, -Lucious Kraven

Good day, -Lucious Kraven Two words appear highlighted on this and to the side is scrawled "Weakness."

It appears that the Headmaster said what was needed and no more answers are written on this matter..
