I recently broke up with my partner and am looking for someone willing to share a fine Manor in South Cordor after giving him his key and the proportionate amount of gold I owe him for the rest of the month. I am easygoing, considerate of other people's needs and believe I can live in harmony with almost anyone who has a good heart. My Manor has the advantage of possessing a fine wooden floor, a custom built restroom with hot tub , mirror, counter and sink. The decoration is of classical style. A rather large dining room and cozy living room are included. Of couse, I am open to suggestions and am willing to redecorate and/or redispose certain elements to my tenant's liking. The rent is three hundred thousand gold coins per month. Am open to consider men and women alike. My only condition is that any persistant romantic advances will be met with a swift and non negociable exile from the premises.
