NOTE: This catalogue is a work-in-progress whilst we build up our employment again. Please bear with us. This is the full listing of services we wish to offer soon.

Mythal Crafting

All mythal crafting fees will be paid at the time of service, immediately following the enchantment of the client's given item. All items crafted with mythal crystals incur a fee at the forge for use of the services and reagents available there, as well as to cover a small portion of upkeep costs. These fees vary depending on the power of the enchantment being placed upon the specified item, and thus these fees will be different for nearly everyone. Alongside these normal fees, a ten-percent labor and services fee will be present.

We offer mythal crafting for each of the following:

Jewelry

In addition, the client may purchase the mythals required for the service (subject to availability), at the following prices:

Minor Mythals – 5,000 gold pieces
Lesser Mythals – 10,000 gold pieces
Intermediate Mythals – 25,000 gold pieces
Greater Mythals – 75,000 gold pieces

Those who bring all of their own mythals for the required work will receive a special five-percent discount for the service.

Potions

All potion brewing fees will be paid at the time of service, immediately following the creation of the potion – unless a bulk order has been placed and different arrangements made with the representing associate. All potions brewed by arcane or divine means will require a fee for reagents and other supplies. These fees vary depending on the power of the spell being brewed into the potion, as noted on the list below. Alongside these normal fees, a ten-percent labor and services fee will be present.

Company Auctions

Auctions are a common practice for trading items or services in these regions. Copper Industries will run one company auction per representative at any given time, and will be noted in the following manner: "Copper Industries Company Auction # - "

All auctions will immediately state any stipulations or restrictions on the accepted bidding process for that given auction at the top of the auction page. All restrictions which cover the rest of our services (as explained in the final section of this catalogue) will extend to the auctions section of our company. No exceptions to these rules will be made for our auctions.

All bidding individuals must leave a full name, a location of contact, and a coherent, straightforward bid which will leave no question to the bidder's offer. The bidder must agree to meet in a place of the auctioneer's choosing, for safety reasons.

Any associate of Copper Industries may open auctions, and no other associate will interfere with the auction unless asked to do so by the hosting party. No member of Copper Industries will approach bidders privately to arrange a "special" transaction and no preference will be given to individuals who may be personal friends of the auctioneer.

Auctions will not be closed early, though they may on occasion be extended if interest in the listed items is very low. No auction item will receive a "buyout" price and all "private" bids will be publicly placed. Bidders can choose to have their names kept silent, but a posting will be made with a given false name so that the bid will be seen by those who are keeping an eye on the notices.

All auctions which accept items for bids are subject to approval by the auctioneer. If the auctioneer determines that the item is not acceptable as a trade, the bid will be politely declined. All such bids will be given a gold value, which can be used by other bidders to determine if they can place a higher bid. If an auctioneer decides that a specific item bid cannot be outbid by gold alone, then the notices will state as much to avoid any confusion or feeling of unfairness on behalf of the bidders.

Once an auction closes, Copper Industries will make up to three attempts to contact and meet with the winner(s) of the auction. If all correspondence is left unanswered, after two tendays the bids will be retracted and the item instead given to the second highest bidder. If the second highest bidder no longer desires the item, or there is no second highest bidder, then the item will be withdrawn from the auction entirely, to be sold again at a later date.

All bids are otherwise considered binding, and any retraction of bids already placed will result in the loss of the bidder's right to bid on any items in any auctions hosted by Copper Industries for up to one month's time, subject to examination by the Management. If the cause is sound and not solely due to a bidder simply changing his or her mind on a whim, then this penalty may be waived. We at Copper Industries know what it is like to bid on an item, and then to find it a day later, so in such instances we will of course not hold fault against the bidder.

Goods Contracting

Throughout the lands, there are items of power, magic, and wonder. Sometimes it is a weapon, or a suit of armor, or perhaps just a piece of vellum with a spell on it which strikes our fancy. Regardless of what it is you crave but cannot seem to find on your own, Copper Industries will seek to locate your desired item, and to bring it to you for a small fee, as explained below:

All items which Copper Industries must purchase with its own resources will incur a fee equal to the cost of the item, plus ten percent of that value.

All high-tier items which Copper Industries must acquire through trade with its contacts will incur a fee of 100,000 gold coins, with the understanding that the gold or items used to trade for the desired item will come from the client. The client must share beforehand all items he or she is willing to trade, and the maximum amount of gold which can be promised by the involved representative of Copper Industries. High-tier items include fifth-tier items and similarly enchanted artifacts which fall into that category, as determined by the associate with whom the contract is made.

Any item which Copper Industries must seek with its own resources via its Acquisitions Department will incur a fee dependent on the value of the item, which will be stated prior to acquisition. High-tier items, as outlined above, will incur a fee of no less than 500,000 gold coins, and no more 3,000,000 gold coins. These transactions require a signed contract, and will result in the item being guaranteed to the client in the event that the Copper Industries Acquisitions Department comes across the requested item.

Because there is no guarantee that the client's item will be found, or that it will be found in a timely manner, no fees will be paid until the time of delivery.

Consignment

There are times when members of the general population simply don't want to stick their names all over the notice boards. Or perhaps they don't know the market, or whether a deal is a good one or not. No matter a client's reasoning for disliking the auction boards, or choosing not to host his or her own auction, Copper Industries will host an auction on behalf of the client for a fee of only ten percent of the total sum of all winning bids.

There will be a maximum of five like items, or two different items, per consignment auction. Each item in a consignment auction will be given a form in the following format:

All items placed in the consignment auction should be given to the involved Copper Industries representative for speed and ease of delivery before the closing of the auction.

All stipulations and terms of the auction will be written at the top of the auction page. As long as the restrictions and terms of all services offered by Copper Industries are retained (as explained in the final section of this catalogue), the company will not restrict the client from placing additional terms.

The name of the client for whom the auction is hosted will remain silent throughout the duration of the auction. If, after the auction has finished, the client wishes to make known his or her identity, Copper Industries sees no reason to restrict full disclosure and so will leave that decision and all actions required to the client, with permission to utilize the space set aside for the auction.

Once all items have been delivered to the winning bidders, all resulting gold or items will be turned in to the client, minus the fee of ten percent of the value of the winnings. Any item bids will be given a value in gold, which will be agreed upon by the client and the representative prior to accepting the bid. The value of the item bid will be added to any amount of gold to be used for determination of the company's consignment fee.

Closing Words & Company Policies

All prices in the previous sections are subject to demand and necessity, though the cost of an item will never exceed what is written in this catalogue. All prices may actually lower, however they do not include the standard ten-percent labor fees. Copper Industries will always round down when determining fees based off percentages.

As can be expected, most of our services cannot be absolutely guaranteed, which is why we never charge our fees before the end product of the service requested is complete. Prepayment is not an option, though if a client expressly needs something expediently, a secondary Haste Fee will be applied – usually at fifty percent of the total cost, due to the required extra labor of any associates involved. We will always try to complete orders quickly, but due to the great variation of orders we receive, and the demand of some specialty items, Copper Industries may be unable to predict a date of completion for the order.

All customers who wish to place a time restriction on the services rendered must state as much at the time the order is placed, so that the representing party can in good faith inform the customer if expediency is something that the current associates of Copper Industries can promise

Additional fees will also be incurred for orders which specify explicitly that an item must be of "masterful" quality. While Copper Industries is usually comprised of many masters of various trades, not all employees or trades are capable of this level of expertise in their work. All associates will strive to do the very best in all of their undertakings, and any orders which require the customer to request only the best of what can be done must state so at the time the order is placed, so that the representing party can in good faith inform the customer if the task is something to which the current associates of Copper Industries can commit.

All services of Copper Industries as outlined in this catalogue are available to the general public, though there are a few exceptions to whom may request our assistance and services. The owner of the company is a Platinum Knight of Bahamut and a descendant of copper dragons. As such, it should be understood that the services offered by the company are not extended to those of evil mind, blood, or intent. The owner of the company have a firm stance against these individuals.

All bulk orders (for a quantity of the same items higher than five, or building materials in batches of more than ten) must be approved by management. When a bulk order is placed a member of management will arrange a meeting with the client to verify their identity and to gauge the client's necessities.
