Theebe is a widowed priestess of Nephthys. Can Theebe remarry? Also, I have made her history such that Theebes father died her husband took ownership of her fathers business. On husbands passing, his father claimed the rights to ownership. They were from house Osirant. Is that acceptable?

The fathers lands will pass to his sons. The first son will receive 2/3 of all posessions and lands. The second son will receive 1/3.

The only way your father's death would have given land to your husband is if he had no sons and you were the eldest daughter. Or the sons had died or been disgraced, etc.

If your husband had no sons then yes his father could lay claim to it.

You are allowed to remarry.
