To Sharina the Frost Giant,

I hope this letter finds you well, the desert must be taxing to one of your kind. Regardless, I write concerning a truly grave issue. The city of tarkuul, and necromancers therein, have begun allying with various drow forces. Their primary allies are the drow worshippers of the deity Kiaransalee, who I am sure is know to you. They have been plotting against and attacking elves in various locations, as well as attempting to spread disease in the forest. They also use necromancy and animating of the dead heavily in their battles and force the elves of winya into unfair situations, such as kidnapping our friends and taking them to locations where it is near impossible to engage them without making further enemies.

The situation grows truly dire for us, and we are in need of allies to help us. With my efforts, and enough support from allies, I believe that Winya will inevitably declare a state of war against Tarkuul and the necromancers as well as drow of the isle. As such, I am requesting a meeting with yourself, the triadic knights and many other interested parties who wish to put an end to this evil threat that is developing. It is also possible that the Crimson Mages and Red Wizards are involved heavily, possibly also the Church of Bane.

We all must hold a meeting soon, Kohlingen seems the logical place to hold such.
