While in the town earlier sitting under the fig tree any bystanders would have seen the ordeal begin.
First the woman would have clenched with pain and then seen the towns Sekhry carry her and talk soothingly to her as he carried her to their home.
If the townspeople or travelers did not see it they certainly would have heard a few cries from the Priestess Zahra Ramathant or the bellowing voice of the Sekhry while he ordered for a midwife.
While inside their home the Priestess lays in bed, contractions growing closer and awaiting the arrival of the midwife. The Sekhry's armor on this momentous occasion is cast aside, though his sword belt still present across his waist.
//This happened in game, so if you weren't there, you didn't see it.

After a short amount of time, the healer arrives and hurriedly enters the building. Though there are several howls of pain, they seem to die down quickly as the birth progresses with little hindrance. After several hours pass, the healer emerges into the cool evening, covered to her elbows with blood and other bodily fluids but still grinning ear to ear.

[The door to the Ramathant home is opened and Mahir allows whomever to come inside to view his wife still in bed holding their baby boy]

Arriving in Ne'sek to report to the Sekhry, Marcus soon hears about the new birth. If permitted to enter the room, he will bless the newborn in name of Amaunator-who-is-Lathander, the 'western' god of new life and hope. "Amaunator bless you. May He grant you a life of health, strength and prosperity of mind and form."
