Miss Fidgets otherwise known as Miss Kaci is attempting to train the Werebeast known as the "Monster". She has taken responsibility for the Monster. It wanted to use our Roads but it's agreed not to enter our town or harm our residents or livestock.
Of course. If it goes all Crazy again, stick it with a silver sword. Else we should just leave it be as long as it doesn't linger on our lands.

The beast is named Laika and possesses some intelligence, though she lacks an understanding of civilized ways. Kaci of Nobanion is instructing her (she is female) on these matters. The following rules will apply effective immediately:
1) Laika is allowed to move through the roadways on our lands without threat of hunting by our guards or other travelers. 2) Laika is not allowed under any circumstances inside the walls of the town. 3) Laika is not allowed to touch, grab, bite, club, or otherwise assault any individual, whether citizen or otherwise, even kobolds. 4) Any aggression upon Laika is to be met with a shout of "guards" from her. Guards are instructed to arrest the aggressors as they would for attacks on any other visitors. Be vigilant! 5) Any breaking of this pact by Laika will result in her hide gracing the walls of my office.

Some guy in a green hued troll style helm refused to remove it on command today. If you see anyone by that description and he does the same have the guards or adventuring militia members throw his sorry arse out into the frontier with a good swift boot in the rear for me.

Report of: Frank, Bendir Dale Militia
Gave a fellow who set up camp outside of the Dale a warning. He calls himself "Whisper" and has black hair, pale skin and a set of horns on the head. Human-like build. Wore cloths of black and pale purple.
He let a drow get past our gates without who did not have an insignia or was vouched for or accompanied by a trusted person.
Told him if he pulls that shit again he can be assured he won't be able to get past the gates either anymore.

A long report is left on Mayor Missus' desk. Of course, it has to be Wanda!:
Dear Mayor,
Today the blue Chromatic, now clearly known as Seiko (at least she was called that by another), started ANOTHER incident. She was first going to battle with this dark-armoured man (whom I do not know the name of) on the lands of Dale, in the middle of a bridge. With the help of Kira, we were able to convince them to go into the Skull Crags to duel.
Later however they return, and they begin bickering for some time. Tensions rise, and that's when myself and Private Wilfire step in. We ask them to take their hostilities elsewhere and to calm down and break it up. They resist, and both turn on us, finding something in common which they both hate - things of good nature.
For some time, they then insulted us, made derogatory statements (to us now, instead of each other), disrespected our sovereignty and authority, and eventually threatened Private Wilfire and refused to disarm. Luckii had join in by the end, and supported us in fighting her. She was slain. This is the third incident of Violence in our Vale I have seen from this Chromatic. One incident where she threatened and attacked me another resident, second time fighting Tallers in our lands, third time is this. I ask for a PERMANENT BAN on this Chromatic, to that she may not even travel our roads, for she simply sits on them and waits to attack her next prey.
Now there was also this Dark Armoured man. He held a curved sword of sorts, and had a helmet with two horns. His armour was black and dark blue. He took the corpse of her at the end, but committed all the same crimes except for fighting us. As he was leaving, he threatened to kill us outside of our Shire. We also ask that this mysterious man is given a PERMANENT BAN. Private Luckii, Private Wilfire or myself will be able to identify him at any time easily.
There was also a Drowess who had an insignia named Lady Ches. The whole time, she mocked at our efforts to contain peace and disrespected us, by thinking we were of lesser intelligence for protecting our community. I would ask that you speak to this woman and remind her of what this community stands for. She did however seem to aid us in battle by a minor daze spell to our enemy, but her disheartening and malicious words to us were not welcomed. Although violence should never be welcomed, we had NO choice in this matter if we were to insure the safety of our farmers, residents, and guests in the general vicinity. She did not understand, and stormed off suggesting we all kill each other.
I will gladly answer any questions you have on the incidents. It was very disheartening, but in the end our Shire remained safe, which is the sacred duty I swore to do.
In the name of Yondalla, Wandalynn Goldleaf

The blue dragon spawn was in the Dale again, by the carts as always. She was rude as usual and was conversing with one Taelar of Wilton. He defended her right to be there since we are obviously not capable of driving her away. He was nearly as rude as she, but in a less bestial manner.
If we are going to be taken seriously by the tallfolk, we're going to need to show them that we can protect ourselves and we can enforce our own laws.
Right now, we're pretty much a joke to them. This needs to end.
- Rorimac Beestinger
Addendum: She was later joined by a woman all in stark black robes, a kobold beggar (small and emaciated), and a woman wearing a revealing red and black outfit, Kuraturan (?) features and hair style done up all in a formal bun. They all seemed to know her, converse with her as friends or comrades.

Militia Members, Rori has a point. It's perhaps time to talk tactics and strategies when dealing with banned individuals, criminals and troublemakers. Our ranks have swelled as of late and we need to take advantage of our knowledge of the local terrain, numbers, and innate strengths.
Tips for Effective Fighting 1) Never patrol without your divine and arcane blessings at their maximum potential. When you exit the walled section of town, assume combat is waiting for you on the other side. 2) Work in teams. One team member should do all the talking while the others prepare the ground for possible hostilities. 3) Use stealth to it's maximum potential. If you don't have those capabilities then you are the talker and your partner is standing behind the criminal with a dagger aimed at his/her kneecaps. 4) Make sure you and your partner have a signal, when it's obvious the criminal is not complying and has received their final warning, the codeword is given and the attack commences from all militia members present, including those in stealth. 5) Use terrain. If you are good with a sling, throwing axe, bow or whatnot, get up on high ground where criminals with swords cannot reach you. Combining this with stealth is also helpful. 6) When dealing with mages spread out. You don't want to be clumped together when that Hellball goes off. 7) Summon whatever allies you can and throw them at the enemy in waves. While they are distracted hit them over the head with something. '8) Fighting fair is not required. Use traps, grenades, bombs, scrolls, spellcraft, wands, and every weapon at your disposal. If you need things, tell me. We have friends who craft all sorts of interesting, powerful and useful gadgets, whizzers, and whatchamacallits.
Summary: Be prepared? - check! Be crafty? - check! Be a team? - check! No such thing as a fair fight? - double check!
I want to see criminals fear entering our realm, thinking a mass of hin and gnomes is lurking behind every rock, tree, sweetbun, and leaf ready to turn them into a quivering sobbing mass of blood covered bruises.
For Hearth and Home, Mayor Missus
PS. Toughen yourselves up against the islands hairiest beasts for practice. When you're are done chewing them up and spitting them out you will be ready for anything this rabble can throw at us!

Addendum to the above.Quote: Ogrillion holding a woman by the arm when she arrived. Woman in pink. Refused to let her go.
Blue dragon lady showed up. Woman with raven hair and black robe also showed up. She threw a Wail of the Banshee to calm down the brewing tensions. Several people died. She was killed. Blue began to take the body. Blue said she owed the dead girl a favor. War Knight Bralor got involved. He then put down a bunch of earthquakes to kill Blue and her companion. -Adela's testimony

Fellow Militia Members,
Please be on the look out for a Miss Lena. She is around the height of a human, wears dark clothes, has been seen wielding two knives and also an acidic long swords of sorts. She has horns on top of her hood, but is usually hooded. She uses a lot of Arcane magic. She has a history of trouble. I have spoken with her several times now. She was compliant in the end "generally" each time, but loves to make derogatory statements and arm herself.
She is a threat and should be treated as such. In our last meeting, I made it clear she will be banned from our lands if she continues her actions and ways.

I came across a human lurking around the back of the Dale, inside the gates. He was wearing red robes and cloak, carrying a light brown staff, glowing at both ends with negative energy. He has long dark brown hair, and mustache and goatee.
When I asked his name, he refused to give it, and got quite belligerent about it. His accent could possibly be Thayan, it's been a while since I've encountered them.
His staff caught my eye, and his attitude caught my attention, be aware of potential trouble. ~~Crow

A stinking kob with gold wings attempted to pose as Militia. Didn't work very well. We told him to get. He didn't. Talked trash. Started a fight. Told him to leave again. Ignored us again.
Side Note -- he says the Dale's his home. Don't know how true it is, but if he isn't lying we might want to check for infestation. We don't want anyone else catching it.

A taller in red skanky clothes and a staff came around with a pet crow. She cast mind magic on a hinfolk lass minding her own. Politely asked her to stop. She argued and got raggy bitch-like. Asked her to leave. She asked for a reason. We gave her a reason. Didn't matter.

*As the interior of the box is inaccessible to non-militia, the following "report" is left neatly folded on top, as well as in Bobrin's box*
Report:
Earlier this evening, during a period of innocent pranks and tomfoolery, the night's fun was ruined when Tweedle Dick and Tweedle Derp of the Crumfire clan arrived and promptly chased away several folks before falsely accusing an innocent human woman of attacking a hin. The pair were unfortunately blinded by the glaze of stupidity that seems to be part of new militia's standard attire, but the woman never laid a finger on a single hin (unless you count me.) She cast two spells, both harmless, and both at other tallers who were party to the prank. The Brothers Dim were simply too gung-ho on kicking out some tallers and waving their respective authority dicks in people's faces to realize they were making a mistake. After much name-calling and berating, all of which was directed at the woman by the "militia," I left the scene as I was getting a contact-migraine from overexposure to sheer stupidity. Please disregard their report in this box, and please reign in the kiddies before they chase all the people away again.

Report:
Three tallers got into something of a pissing match on the roads, the tallers involved were Krin, Bralor Sa'Badia, and Beldor, though mostly Krin and Bralor. Apparently Krin put up a painting (I didn't see the contents), and somehow insulted Bralor enough to provoke him into casting an earthquake. The earthquake ended up toppling one of the orchard's apple trees. Luckily no other damage was caused. Bralor and Krin continued to bicker, Beldor taking Bralor's side in the bickering. This continued on for a while until some sense was talked into them about reparations for damages to the orchard.
After some trying to calm things down, Bralor and Beldor went to help upright the tree, along with one helpful taller named Triel. Bralor managed to horribly injure himself trying to upright the tree. While they did upright the tree there wasn't anything available to heal the tree, so it's lumber now.
Bralor paid 500 gold to the orcharder in recompense damages, and left after that.

Report:
A giant boar attacked an Elfling today. Eli, the Elfling, was injured when the boar bit her hand and tried to shake her around by it. The boar was huge, and bystanders mentioned that they'd seen it change shapes before. I tried to help her by drawing away the boar's attention, but it roared at me and forced me back. A few bystanders shot at it, and Beldor the Drow mage managed to chase it off to the south.
Eli is ok now. Beldor mentioned that it was likely one of the were-creatures that live in the forest to the north.

*Crow hands his report to Cindle, knowing it will get to the right hands*
Lorna was in Dale lands again, and after refusing to leave, I got the militia. They gathered a force and tried to reason with her first. She was having none of it, and targeted me first, in her assault. Jayek raised me, and as many of the militia as he could.
Lorna went from Illithid form, to large golem, and was a powerful force to deal with. I apologize to the Dale, and the families of the downed Hin, for my failure to apprehend Lorna.

Report:
A big folk woman named Rosalind has provided us with a little bit of information on some other big folk who regularly hang around the Dale, which marks them as Cyricists. An woman known as Mal, and a man known as Krown kidnapped a woman called Zsanett. Rosalind had followed them when this happened, and overheard Krown saying he would sacrifice her to Cyric. Krown summoned a demon at the time.
The two were described as: - Female, Human, Hooded shadowdancer who carries a longbow, quiver on her back. - Male, Human, Full-plated, black armor. Horn and spiked black helmet.
Rosalind has said she is willing to speak to any Militia or Missus who need more specific details, but this is clearly something that should be looked into if these two frequent our town.

*another report, handed to Cindle, by Crow*
A male drow, later identified to me at the Shrine, as Tal'tar, entered Dale lands and refused to leave when he couldn't show an insignia. He made several insults and shifted into a red dragon, which I chased down and slew. There were countless witnesses, who I can call upon, if needed for interrogation. This drow, wore black and red armor.
I took the body to the Shrine to let them deal with it.

*Crow hands Cindle a note:*
Some mage was in silver dragon form. He came into Bendir, outside the east wall, claiming to be a real dragon, and did finally leave, but through the forest. I followed it to the spider valley, and let it be after that. It made up excuses to why it could not simply fly away, that, and the fact it had Mage Armor cast on itself, were two indications it was no real dragon. It apparently could not read as well, because the rules are carved on the sign outside the gate. I would assume that any visit by a dragon of Kohlingen, would have made arrangements first, or simply been in humanoid form.

Taller called Zsanett decided to take justice into her own hands, as called it, against Rosary for a prank and retribution against repeated attempts to poison her. Told her weren't her place to enact on the law and warned Rosary against repeatedly poking an angry bear if she wanted help being picked up after getting struck into the ground.
The taller left, eventually and Rosary was tended to by Jayek

*Crow turns in another note to Cindle*
There is trouble brewing in the Mylock hills. They had posted a sign stating their intent to expand, and had some kind of summoning circle laid out. The circle spawned many demons, and a large force of Mylocks emerged from the caves. You can ask Rosary, how the circle was activated, the little...pink haired troublemaker, has her feet in everything. Are we certain her name isn't Nosy? Thankfully, injuries were not so severe they couldn't be handled, but caution should be taken, and the area watched.

To The Bendir Dale Militia, There was an attack on the road on top of the hill at the South exit. The three that are responsible for this attack are named Yhan,Khan, and a third is a half/orc(Name not known). The victim was a person named Vhoroth. From what I gathered from listening to the conversation between those responsible and a follower of the Shrine. Vhoroth was an assassin and was mauled by a druid's bear.(which was present at the time.it belonged to either Yhan or Khan).A witness that refused to give their name said she saw this happen.
When the three left, Vhoroth was brought back to consciousness. His story was that Yhan and Khan are Malorite brothers. Possible followers of Talos. Claimed they have caused him some trouble before and stole a tooth from him.

[A note is left within the Bendir Dale town hall, addressed to the militia and Mayor Missus.]
Date: 12th of Flamerule
Name/Appearance of Offenders: Khan, Human, Hooded. ???, Human, Spear, Shield, Beard. ???, Half-orc, Green skin, Greataxe. ???, Human(?), Shifter.
Incident: "Duel" on the main road, just by the carts.
I arrived by cart earlier this afternoon in the Dale, and witnessed an injured human man laying in the middle of the main road of the Dale. When I incquired into the reason behind this, I was insulted. I successfully raised the injured male and left it at that. When the male was raised, the troublemakers took their leave. This took place in front of the cart drivers and presumably the militiaman positioned by the entry to the Dale proper.

// another note handed to Cindle for the militia // Quote: This was posted in Oakmist: Quote: There was a palemaster in the Dale called Claire. It wears clothing that looks like funerary dress, carries a orange glowing stick, and has a skeleton arm. It was trying to convince a Kelemvorite, a Eilistraeean, and that steel dragon kin that there is nothing wrong with being a palemaster when I left to report it. I met Crow at the bridge and told him about it and he went into the Dale to take care of it. When I arrived in Bendir, the palemaster had already gone away. ~~Crow

Goblin spotted outside the walls on the main road near the gate. Instructed to leave. Ignored me. Warned strongly to leave. Ignored again. Repeated warning. Ignored. Grabbed him but he slipped away. Began casting and got a beatdown from Bobrin, Daisy and myself. Deposited the body outside the Dale.

A report is filed by Calen:
Missus,
A man named Revak was outside the walls but within the Dale. Private Crow made him aware he was currently banned from the Dale. A verbal confrontation began and I stepped in and spoke to the man, named Revak. He stated he was unaware he was banned, while Crow told him he had already been told before. He responded politely to my request to leave after I assured him I would file a query on the matter with you. I did not see his name on the banned list, therefore I assume he must be from one of the banned groups. I further promised Revak I would send word to him of your response. He resides in Kohlingen.

Report by Calen:
Witnesses - Triel'ithra and Adell Swyft
Kex saw a Water Genasi named Duin. Duin was ignortant of landwalker ways. Kex insulted Duin and Triel'ithra, insulted them for disagreeing with him, Duin was called a creature of chaos, whose only purpose was to destroy, and Triel and others were fools to talk to him. Also threatened to kill Duin after Duin touched another vistor's foot, Kard's, it turns out.
Additional witness Adell Swyft could not recall specifics of who was there, but could confirm Kex as beligerent and derogatory.
Earth and Water Genasi racial tensions possibly relevant.
Kard witnessed Kex put his sword to Duin's throat.
Recommendation by Triel as Darksong Knight and unofficial diplomat of the Shrine: Kex is incapale of behavinig in a dignified or respectful way. Condescending and arrogant. Lair, claiming not to lie, while lieing. Direspectful of laws, and lawkeepers. Drew steel on a militia member. Twice. Recommendation he be banned from the Dale as a whole, he is irredeemable and a repeat offender.
Also possibly relevant per witness testimony - Kex is mentally insane, having escaped from the Salandran Temple's mental ward.
Signed,
Calen

*Crow reads the reports filed, and responds to one of Calen's*
After review of the list of banned individuals, it was my mistake to have Revak leave. I will apologize to him, and keep an updated list on hand. As a side note, Master Sargent Bobrin has banned Kex from Dale lands, and Triel confirmed he is banned from the Shrine of Eilistraee, as well.

Reports by Calen:
Regarding Captor, Forgemaster of Gond: He apologizes for Kex's behavior and does not want it to be viewed as indicative of his kind's behavior in general. Additionally, I have interacted with both he and Silverstone, both earth Genasi, and they are polite, cooperative individuals. Kex is an exception, an unfortunate one. It is the wish of Captor that his people not be judged solely on Kex's actions.
Regarding Lord Deepwinter, Kregan Frost: Had his weapon out. Additionally, in response to Dian calling him a follower of Auril, of the Fury, and that such are all banned. Not enforced by me as I am PIT. He complied and put away his weapon, at least by putting it in the ground, when requested, and claimed friendship to the Dale. He would seek conclave if he is truly banned. Stated the White Guard as friends of the Dale many years ago. May be contacted in Chillywick Chapel or any bar. Diplomacy and maintaining peace was opted for over an attempt at trying to enforce the ban as I am sure I could not have made him leave if he did not want to.
//08/10/2013 (Not sure what date we are in game)
Regarding Selena Slitheryn: She is a black scaled chromatic but would seek audience to be permitted within the Dale. At the time I spoke with her I was unaware she was on the banned list for being chromatic, did not even understand exactly what that meant. She and her companion, Keevor (a white scaled, but wingless kobold), may have intentionally skirted the issue when I said they were welcome in the Dale as long as they were not banned for any reason. I did directly ask them, though they did not answer, merely stating that they were treated as most unwelcome whenever they visited. They were polite, Selena even friendly, though Keevor was quite odd. Regardless, as she did not admit to being banned, perhaps even did not know, I informed her I would forward this request. I expect it will be denied, of course, but felt it was my obligation to file the report once I said I would. They were encountered after running into them in the spider caves south of the Dale.

A stout red bearded dwarf enters the Dale informing his arrival to a militia member. He makes his way to the inn, books a room for his stay and soon finds his way down to the bar to sample the selection of beverages. He spends the better part of the evening by the fire sharing stories of past battles with visiting adventurers and locals of the Dale.

Aaegus departs the Dale at sunrise, stating that he had to return to his council duties in Barak Runedar. He gives a warm "thankye very much" to the inn keeper and letting them know how much he enjoyed his time there getting to know the folk of the Dale. Before his departure he leaves two parchments at the town hall.

Regarding Kirby, et al:
Kirby erected a tent referred to as his brothel. This created a large gathering outside the gates. Nothing unusual for the Dale until the tent became the point from which many spells were cast, including dangerous and offensive spells. This was all in good humor, according to some of the onlookers and people inside the tent. However, one of Kirby's illusionary doubles was killed. To the passerby, it could have seemed people were being wantonly killed in the streets of the Dale. Further, when I attempted to cite article XI to disperse them, after yet another potentially dangerous spell exited the tent, specifically that the tent needed to be taken down, Kirby actively ignored my request it be taken down, just as those inside refused to stop casting spells on people outside. I was even attacked with a spell as well. This wanton disregard for the peace of the Dale is sliding dangerously close to being no longer humorous, and being outright defiance of common sense.

Rather than being put into the report box, a report is given to one of the Dale's gate guards by a Cordor guard who identified himself as "Lieutenant Aurelius".
According to this Lieutenant, he and two others in his unit encountered an orange-bearded dwarf in the company of two skeletal undead (one believed to have been a moghr) while they were conducting a routine patrol of the road from Cordor to Bendir Dale. The dwarf, without prompt or warning, set its undead on the guardsmen - though was swiftly overcome.
As the event took place only a short distance south of Bendir Dale, the Cordorans had intended to bind the dwarf, who identified himself as "Oz", and deliver him to the Bendir Dale militia for acts of banditry. However, due to said dwarf's continued resistance and struggles, he unfortunately attracted the attention of a group of nearby orcs - a stray arrow slaying the necromancer outright. --- Also, Lieutenant Aurelius reports that he and his patrol were harassed by a large spider - possibly a shekat scout - along a great length of the road.
Quite a day, all in all.

*The gate guard in question files a report at the end of her shift*
We should be on the lookout for an orange-bearded dwarf who identifies himself as 'Oz'. According to a 'Lieutenant Aurelius' of the Cordorian guard, the dwarf was lurking near our borders with a duo of undead creations, and is highly aggressive. It was reported that the dwarf was slain by an orc during the struggle, but it'd be best to keep an eye out anyway. There was also word of a spider on the road between Cordor and Bendir.

// placed in the locked report box //
For several weeks now, there has been a barbaric human coming to the Dale, he wears an animal pelt on his head, and wields a greatsword. I have seen him going into, and out of the gates, with the sword on his shoulder, and standing outside the walls with the sword out. He was made aware of my militia status. This man is continually disregarding the laws of Bendir, by ignoring the warnings to put his weapon away, and being argumentative.
Tonight, I finally got tired of repeating myself to him, and after ignoring my several warnings, I attempted to grab him, to escort him out of Dale lands. He again refused to abide by our rules. I drew my sword and told him he had a three count, leave or be carried out. He ignored the count, again refusing to make a move out of the lands. I attacked him, and dealt a blow to knock him out. I woke him with smelling salts, and after yet another short argument, he did leave.
Not ten minutes later, a War Knight came into the gates to tell me he had returned, full of spells, and ready for battle. I prepared myself, and went out to confront him again...unarmed. He again refused to leave, and was preparing to fight, so I drew steel. He bull rushed me, knocking me to the ground and hacking at me, until I was ended. I never swung on him this second time. I was told that after killing me, he attacked and killed, a shifter, who was uninvolved, an innocent bystander. After the War Knight Halvardr, raised me, the reports stated that a battle took place, and the War Knights got him to leave.
A few hours later, the barbarian emerged from inside the gates, again with his spelled up sword on his shoulder. He came to the side of another man with a pelt on his head, one I have met, Kozlov, who wielded a scythe, and likes to set traps. They both refused to put the weapons away, and they prepared themselves for combat. Before I even had words out of my mouth, they tandemly attacked me, and the mage Aiseth. I chased Kozlov down, dealing him a fatal blow, and came to aid Aiseth, who had the first man held with a Bigby's. When she released her spell, he attacked me directly, and I had to deal another fatal blow. There was an innocent woman slaughtered in this third encounter, as well. I dragged both bodies south, to the frontier, while the woman was tended to.
I am requesting a ban be placed on both of these uncivil men, who have no regard for the rules of our village. There has been fair warning, and repeated attempts to make them understand the rules set forth. As innocent bystanders were harmed, and killed, I feel this needs attention.
Also, I would like to state that in my opinion, quarterstaffs, and mage's staffs, should be considered weapons, and should fall under the no weapon rule. If this is left to the discretion of the active militia, then I will consider them weapons, along with the usual swords, maces, and bows, until I am ordered otherwise.
This is getting tiresome. I can see the brewing tensions rising again, over rules that have been placed and enforced, for years now. Perhaps we should just list all the same old arguments that are given to us, so we don't have to continuously repeat ourselves to those who choose to ignore the laws of Bendir Dale.

*penned to the bottom of the last report*
Happy to oblige. These students of ignorance have played this hand too long pretending they are too dumb to understand the words "put your weapon away". They must eat and take a crap like everyone else. I'm sure they aren't holding their greatswords and scythes while wiping their bottoms. Get me a name on the other one and I will have it posted.

Vilraniel, Sevalthen and Earalenia showed up today. Vilraniel, Vera and Aiseth began flinging accusations and insults at each other. Myself and Tom Kolwer tried to get them to stop, to no avail. Suddenly Sevalthen struck Aiseth down, without any physical provocation, citing the Maiden's rede of "Swift violence", supported by Earalenia.
Please note, that "Swift violence" is to be given only to end -physical violence-, by the Maiden's Teachings. We are never to take the first action. As Her priestess I decry this action as unnecessary. While no party was innocent, it would only have taken walking away to end this without the need for bloodshed.

If Sevalthen is Drow he does not possess an Insignia (at least he isn't on my list which is the only one that counts) therefore he is already banned. There isn't much else for me to say except he will not be getting an insignia anytime soon and if I see him in the Dale I'm setting the dogs on him. I'm not letting his bad actions rub off on the actual insignia holders.

In regards to my previous note, the name of the first man, with the greatsword, is Jandar. He has also been informed of his ban.
Also, Sevalthen is half-drow, with fair skin.

Howdy hello,
I'd like to report some nasty pale skinned grump named Sevalthen. This guy was around earlier today making absolute death threats against a man named Ryrik Follenstein. This Sev said he was already banned, though he was still technically on Dale land when he said it, by the carts. He stood there for a long time lobbing insults and threats. He made it quite clear and promised in no uncertain terms that as soon as Ryrik stepped foot outside Bendir, or more shockingly, once his ban is lifted, that he will kill Ryrik. I know you can't do anything outside Dale lands, but he's clearly stated that once he's unbanned, he'll go back to killing people on Dale lands. So! Probably not a good idea to unban this nut.
This was witnessed by Ryrik of course, myself, and some others, including Rosary. Anywho! Just letting you know.
