Accused:
Non-Elf and Non Fey population of Amia

Current Charges:
Not an elf

Recent Transgressions:

Recently it has come to our attention that many 'citizens' of Amia Island and the surrounding islands are not of true elf or fey heritage. This is, of course, a crime in the eyes of all true elves.

Characters of the Accused:

It would come to no surprise, then, that these non-elf individuals have acted in manners unbefitting of elf culture. While some do attempt to emulate elf culture, by summoning demons, being hellaciously rude, and when in large groups, acting insular to the point of socitial disability, it does not change the simple fact that simply not being an elf is a crime and those guilty must be punished.

Conclusion:

It is our sincere hope that, at long last, criminal activities of all non elves must end. All those accused are to line up in front of Winya Ravana and meet with their appointed purging officer, whom will help with the transition. Seeking a doomguide prior to scheduling an appointment is encouraged. Please note, that pointing out that the population of the Ravana is currently half elf, half dragon, and half half-dragon-elf will, of course, expedite the date of your appointment, possibly into the immediate.

Otherwise, concerned parties shall be forced to take measures against the criminal and any and all assisting and harboring them.
