*In several locations on Amia, a flayer seems to gain access into houses and fortifications, mainly because it's free paper distributed from person to person.*

A barbaric execution committed by elves has happened in Kohligen !!

*A shocked face was drawn beneath the phrase*

People saw a bunch of elves marching toward Kohlingen, full buffed, demanding a prisoner to be handed over -without- even a proper trial! And the knights of the "justice" handed him over! The man was dragged out and slaughtered in Kohlingen's ground without a proper trial by the hands of Winya's councillor! One could swear the councillor had blood in her eyes and seemed excited while beheading the criminal !

Elves are not better than any human, after all.

Stay vigilant!

Your best friend, Eye, the bard.

*Once more, there would be an influx of common folks carrying papers with the posted informations in Cordor, Wiltun, Kampos, Kohlingen and also Bendir. If asked, most would reveal they found out on the grass or on the road.*

Any notices would be collected by a being in dark clothing, questions asked if anyone knows who might have left them, where exactly they were found, etc.

*in a muffled voice* "This one will have to be dealt with."
