The second issue of a directory is made available in the Cordor Crafthall. There is a statement attached, prefacing the reference:

    I came to this island with very little, and through the generosity of folk met here, I was able to begin my mercantile venture. The scars from the recent wars are visible in nearly every aspect of life, and while many of these are being salved and rebuilt, there is at least one still in need of mending: the mercantile channels. Certainly, there are merchants abound, talented crafters, dedicated suppliers. Each is as an island unto themselves, and there is no longer an infrastructure that brings all of this trade and service together. I seek to build one with the community of crafters, vendors, and other service providers, that customers can find what they need, and businesses need no longer struggle in obscurity. We can return the Jewel of the Trackless Sea to its luster, and Cordor - home of Waukeen's temple - into the City of Coin that it deserves to be once more. When the city prospers, all within it prosper.
