Our flesh poxed with three plagues.
Our visages blackened with ash.
Our senses heightened to blood.
Our backs marred with nine lashes.
Our fates dried in flaking ink.
Our fluids fermented to liqueurs.
Our scrolls raised with waxen hands.
We record your ends.

Three scrolls are delivered to Kohlingen through a neutral courier and a fourth is placed upon the boards in Kampo's Warehouse. In meticulously spaced common it reads: Your disruptive and fickle conduct will no longer go observed passively. As bearer of Five, I, Maiti Tatu, declare you our enemies. You harbor conjurers of re-life, necromancers, and paragons of disorder. Idle in mortal inspired dogma. Ignorance cleared through fatal whispers. Discipline instilled in flighty souls before transference. Yellowed incisors displayed upon tomb stone. Lain skulls mark absolution of sin. Seek penance with the Lord of the End of Everything. Or. Gaze upon the never-rising dusk. At the bottom of the scroll was an inked seal. The image of an open jawed skull with a scroll rolling out from between its teeth, encircled with infernal runes. The runes read as followed: Our flesh poxed with three plagues. Our visages blackened with ash. Our senses heightened to blood. Our backs marred with nine lashes. Our fates dried in flaking ink. Our fluids fermented to liqueurs. Our scrolls raised with waxen hands. We record your ends.

Sixteen scales by the means of four separate packages are sent by courier to Kohlingen. Eight are golden and eight are silver. Their surfaces are scratched in common and read as such: Know fear. Andre'us would receive the scales and look at them questioningly. He would read each one individually, noteing they are all the same. "Hmm, well. Think these are beyond me." Here would take the scales and head straight for lord Toumas's office.
