Word might reach one of the other Hands. Who's to say whether one of them might choose to humor the man or send a messenger. As for Hand Sloth, they would have no reason to go looking for anyone outside of the City of Entertainment. Perhaps the man will speak directly with a representative on his next visit.

Were this spoken aloud while reading the flier, which is only posted in Zanshibon, anyone over-hearing might consider the speaker insane.
