*After showing it directly to some craftsmen standing around, Holo Jarian puts up a poster at the flag post near the West gate. The border and some parts are highlighted with a continual flame spell*

To Glorious Times!
Craftsmen & Artists sought!

Proud people of West Cordor,

Long enough have we suffered under the hand of the East!
Have suffered destruction, neglect, hostility even!
But now the glorious times shall begin again for all people in the West!

I, Holo Jarian, am willing to invest in West's future!

We must lay a strong foundation for our fortune.
With the blessings of the Golden Lady, who honours all trades,
we will earn our rightful place back.

We will earn true independence from the usurping East!

If you are a skilled craftsman or artist, or know one, talk to me!
I have good money to offer for your excellent skills!
If you believe, like me, that communities rise again
when the golden honey of a blossoming market starts flowing,
where each and everyone is good enough to participate,
then let us work together!

To Glorious Times!

Holo Jarian, the successful potion merchant, brilliant arcanist and mighty swordsman

PS: I've taken residence in the house near the West gate to oversee the operations.
Leave a message there should you not find me nearby.

Upon passing by the notice Nicholas quickly highlights it, copying it to a separate parchment and sends it East's way.

Holo,

You aren't on any of my census records. Do not pretend to be a citizen of the Freeside Protectorate with the intention of stirring up strife for your own profit. If I hear of you doing this again I'll have your writing hand ripped from its socket so you cannot use it to spread this sort of nonsense again.

Sincerely,
Governor Gerald Edmund
West Cordor

Oddly enough the notice if indented with a small mark on the bottom right hand side, the continual flame spell disappeared by a counteracting force.

In it's place the words upon the notice become heavily distorted as if water was thrown on it, but the presence of magic is evident as the words everchange, but a common word keeps reassembling every few minutes or so.
