A short notice is left in the Cordor Market Hall, Kampo's Storehouse, Wiltun, and Tarkuul. They seem to all have been placed by a hired messenger.

Greetings to everyone,

I am currently in the market for a certain type of armor known as the Loremaster's Plate. If you happen to have a set of this interesting platemail I would be glad to purchase it from you. I may, perhaps, be interested in multiple sets if the price is suiting. Please leave your response with this posting.
