// For clarification is any of this enforced by the guards? Don't want to accidentally metagame.

// Not the NPC zanshibon guards, no. At least not at this time. Of course, it would be any controlling DM's prerogative to do so if they wanted. ;)

Hand of Paush Pride sends word to the other Hands regarding the recent purchase in the usual method.

"I want confirmation of the generous donation to Lord Paush's improvement fund. See that our guest is treated with utmost courtesy. Offer the standard care package."

It is heard a Clad figure man is seeking out whom ever posted the signs, leaving word to get him in Cordor, East- The Nomad Inn.

Word might reach one of the other Hands. Who's to say whether one of them might choose to humor the man or send a messenger. As for Hand Sloth, they would have no reason to go looking for anyone outside of the City of Entertainment. Perhaps the man will speak directly with a representative on his next visit.

Were this spoken aloud while reading the flier, which is only posted in Zanshibon, anyone over-hearing might consider the speaker insane.
