These notices are posted in the following locations in permissible or appropriate places:

Amia - Cordor, Bendir Dale, Wharftown, Kampo's Storehouse, Kohlingen

Abroad - Barak Runedar, Endir's Point, Howness

The notices are put up by various couriers and read,

    Seeking a arcane containers from skilled artisans.

    - 20 Scroll Cases
    - 5 Wand Cases
    - 4 Mythal Tubes

    Responses and inquires may be sent to Kohlingen, please include your price for labor and materials.

Rydraluin,

We met only once or twice, so you may not remember me, but I would be happy to produce as many wand cases and mythal tubes as you require. I would charge nothing for labor, however I do not have the materials on hand so those you would have to provide. The wand cases require steel bars and wyvern leather, where the mythal tubes require lead bars and crystal.

Word can be left for me in Kohlingen as well, or you have my permission to Send for me.
