Posters are pinned to trees nearby popular places like Cordor, Kampo's Storehouse or Fort Wiltuun. Strangely they never seem to appear directly inside these localities.

Someone spots a note near Wiltun Keep, in passing. A human man pauses to read it, then takes the note down and removes the pin. Touching the tree, the man whispers, encouraging the tree to heal itself of the puncture. He then ties the note back onto the tree and heads home to Caraigh, where he waits, and watches Finnag's Pass from the shadows.
