╬ Feather Fall and the Sun Shield ╬
The City of Tarkuul is pleased to inform all the citizens and adventurers of the region that the entire
city is enchanted with the spell known as Feather Fall. The Feather Fall spell changes the speed of
the free fall, and allows the affected creature to safely land, without being harmed in the process.
This unique ability makes Tarkuul an ideal place for practicing various acrobatic maneuvers, such as
learning how to fly.
The City of Knowledge is also proud to inform you that by the grace of the Voice, it is protected
by another safeguard known as the Sun Shield. This property allows the dwellers of the Underdark
and other sun and light sensitive creatures, to walk the streets in broad daylight, fully protected
from the negative effect the sun might have on them.
