Dear people of the Shrine, it has been long since last I addressed you. It was under dark auspice that last I did and for that I apologize deeply. I will not drag the details up that caused so much sorrow and strife in our home I have no desire to tear open old wounds.
What I do wish is to offer you all my most heartfelt apology in this public address. What i do wish is to you the people of Eilistraee that after soul searching and long time spent healing my wounded heart and pride I have returned and offer this to you.
As your high priestess I take full responsibility for the events that transpired in our home. I failed in my duty and I failed you as a leader and a servant of our community.
I was proud, angry, paranoid and weak. I allowed for worst parts of my baser nature to cloud my judgement and actions in a time of warfare and strife rather then endure such things and focus on the well being of you the people.
No matter what anyone says no matter where blame falls for the feud that transpired during the She-kat attack as your leader it is I who carries the burden of the pain that came to us and our home. It was ultimately my actions as your leader that shaped the outcome of events and I am deeply sorry for allowing my pride, fear, anger and most of all paranoia rule me.
I became so engrossed in defeating a perceived threat from with in I allowed a clear and present danger from without to divide and ruin your lives and your families lives. You have always known as a woman of personal integrity, honor and justice and I forsook all three for the first time in my life because I was hurt and afraid of betrayal.
To lead is to bare the burden of a people upon your shoulders, the burden of protecting their families, their lives and their loved ones and it is to carry the heavier burden of failing them. So to you my people, our people, the people I can only offer you my most heartfelt of sorrow and apology for my utter failure, for my weakness, for my anger and for allowing myself to be blinded to threats to you and your loved ones.
The goddess has turned from me in Shame for my deeds and I will not lie or hide this from any of you my people. I walk as a pariah for my sins, my failure and offer this for what little solace the apologies of a broken priestess can bring you.
I am truly deeply sorry and I take full responsibility for everything that occurred as your leader and I ask that you my people decide my fate for it was you whom I wronged your loved ones who were hurt by my lapse of personal strength and integrity. I will stand in any tribunal or trial you see fit, I will walk to an executioners block if you feel only blood can wash away my sins. I am at the mercy of you my people for no leader is beyond justice and all leaders must bare the burdens of their actions.
-Yours Truly Erelkacha Kenlyl

A response is left, also in Drow.
I will not drag up further details, myself. What is done is done, and the consequences of what has happened will continue to wound our Shrine, and our people, for many months, or even years, to come.
In light of this, if you are truly sincere about your apology, Erelkacha, then you will cease immediately your slander of myself, Maral, Aly'dra, Im'kiira, Irr'afae and others in the Shrine. You will abandon promptly any plans you have to claim control of the Shrine from its lawfully-appointed High Priestess, Seneschal and Envoy. You and your comrades will cease immediately all attacks, verbal, physical and otherwise, upon members of the Shrine of Eilistraee and its allies. You will abandon any claims to authority you have in the Shrine; we are a theocracy, not a place of royalty and blood claims. Your paranoia, anger and pride, as you have confessed, have sundered the unity and camaraderie of our people, in a time of already dire upheaval, and such conduct is dishonourable and unbefitting of a leader. Finally, you will not attempt to utilize your allies to cause further strife and disruption of the Eilistraeean faith on this island.
Whilst not disparaging your accomplishments and triumphs, I believe it would be best if you kept your distance from the Shrine. You have betrayed the trust of those you swore to guide and protect, and only the Maiden can truly absolve you of that.
If you truly love your people, the people whom you had previously led, then you will allow us to determine our own course. Follow your own path, so long as it does not intersect with ours. The Shrine does not want conflict. Not with you, nor with your House or your friends. As such, it would be best if we were kept apart, and kept strictly neutral. Strife without need is simply anarchy, the kind that our cousins in the Underdark thrive upon, and too much blood has been shed over this feud already.
Regardless of the strife between you and the Shrine, the Shrine and its people will not stop you from practicing the faith you follow. None of us will stand in your way, so long as you do not seek to harm us further.
It is not within my power to forgive you, nor would I choose to do so at this time even if I could. Serve the Maiden. Prove you are worthy of Her forgiveness for your crimes. And if you cannot do that, then at least grant us all peace. That is all I have left to say.

Jabress Erelkacha,
I would speak with you. This is a suitable place to do so.

*In common*
While you can put all the responsibility on Kacha, you can not put all the blame on her. Quit acting as if all were Kacha's fault, because it was others as well. The blame is shared on many, if not equally, but if you continue to put blame on Kacha and us you have come no further from recovering than finding the scapegoats. And before you solve all that cause the conflict then the scar will always be there and it won't disappear before a very long time.
You may make as many claims as you want about Im'kiira being a lawfully appointed high priestess, but I never had a say in it. And back at that time, I had as much of a say in it as anyone, at least more of a say than fallen priestesses. I know you saw allowing me a say in it as more trouble than it was worth, but it was spineless of you nevertheless. And honestly, a child could have done a better job than Im'kiira with her absence. By the frequency people see her it seems more like she has abandoned the Shrine.
I also would like to remind you that this post is Kacha's, and whatever her choice may be it does not mean or imply that I (or others) will step down. You may deny me access, but you can't deny me to care and neither can you force me or others to abandon what we care for.
The reason Triel asks for peace is because she knows in a conflict her chances of winning are small. When she has the upper hand it is quite a different story. For half a year I had to accept that she walked up to me, started an argument and while finishing with her accusations and arguments that she walked away knowing I could do nothing about it and that her actions wouldn't have consequences. When I were banned she gloated as she brought me the news and threw bold threats at me so I wouldn't act in return. Shake up the Shrine and you shall discover how weak and helpless it is, and find out the only things that protect any claims they have are some magical golems and a reinforced door, at least neither Triel nor Im'kiira can stand in your way.
When you say it is best that Erelkacha stay away from the Shrine, you do also admit her accomplishments. Kacha failed, yes, but she has also succeeded in the past and chances are there that she may succeed again, even more so when she has learned and recovered from her mistakes. To refuse this fact like you do is simply ignorant, an assumption tainted by your narrow views and negative emotions.
If you had been half the knight you claim to be then you could find it within your power to forgive Erelkacha, if not yet. I know myself about the horrible things you've been forgiven for, and Kacha's actions are small in comparison. Neither should you forget how she has forgiven your friends and others, or how forgiveness is one of the most important points of being an Eilistraeen.
If peace is what you search it shows how much of a spine you have, being Eilistraeen is about reaching for our kin in the dark to help them to the light, not about cuddling on the surface. Especially not when you claim to be a knight. You spoke yourself about how being Eilistraeen is about sacrifice, but in the end you plead for peace when it can be solved with confrontation.
The Shrine should stop seeing people that address problems as the problem, and start daring doing things about the problems. That is all you have done Triel, turned me into the Shrine's problem and forgotten I am a person. Your responsibility is to manage members, not problems like you have. I became your problem, you turned me into the Shrine's problem, that shows how responsibly you handle your position.
When you claim that staying away from one another will fix things all the time, it's as naive as it is pretty, and know that while the interests are the same then confrontation must happen and a proper solution must be found.
I suggest you quit talking like you are more important and your voice is almighty, and rather start acting like the knight you claim to be.

The next post is written in Common.
I would ask any who wish to know about this feud speak to me at the Shrine of Eilistraee. If Earalenia wishes to air her dirty laundry, she may do so, by all means; but I will not allow slander from the likes of her to go unchallenged, without the chance of others learning the truth.
Otherwise, I would advise outsiders not to involve themselves with this dispute. It is merely a bitter soul attempting to sow strife in a land already beset by chaos.
Finally, to make things clear: Earalenia is not a representative of the Shrine of Eilistraee's Darksong Knights, nor is she a representative of the faith as a whole on the island. By all means, she has a right to practice her faith, so long as she does not harm her fellow Eilistraeeans. But she has no ties to the Shrine, and for her crimes against our people - crimes she has rarely apologized for, nor brought any substance or action to it when she did - she has been permanently banished from the Shrine, until she can prove herself worthy of forgiveness from our people.

Before I got banned my only crimes where to speak up about my interests, and refusing to shut up when they tried to bully me into silence. They tried to justify it by Eilistraee's dogma, but it says no where that you should accept being bullied. No, I don't think I have anything to apologize for, not when I consider how the Shrine and Triel especially have treated me the last year. TO be honest it felt like I were forced into accepting that I were mistreated, and that they justified it with faith in their own minds.
When they say my actions never brought much substance or action, know that they almost never asked me for what I thought when I did what I did. They were only interested in finding mistakes or slips so they could assume the worst behind me and justify removing me. But guess what, the Shrine, being in leading positions doesn't mean you are left out of confrontations.
And consider twice before you challenge me further, because never have I seen someone take so much pride in being a warrior, yet being such a horrible fighter. The victories you've taken pride of have always been with many others, and a couple of times you've needed lynch mobs to reach your goals (that's what you threatened to do with me if I harmed you, but we see how that ended). And if we look at your leadership skills, well the Shrine is not exactly bustling with activity.

I will have no further discourse with Earalenia, as per the Shrine's agreement. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain on a public noticeboard why, in the midst of a blight, various tasks, duties and desires from individual members, that the Shrine's activity, which historically has always fluctuated, is currently at a low point. That Earalenia is so quick to threaten me and insult me publicly should speak volumes about her personal integrity, about how she views agreements with her own kin, and she is the only one who wishes to continue this ridiculous feud.
Moreover, I have, very publicly, thanked those who have assisted me, both within the Shrine, and without. I do not take credit alone for that which I have cooperated with others to accomplish. This should be self-evident to any who have fought at my side. The presence of, admittedly one, public acknowledgement of thanks for those who aided us during the Ulitharid threat should be sufficient proof of this. The offer for any of those who feel some need to involve themselves with this to speak with me still stands. You need but send me a letter, and I will arrange a time for it.
I will not continue this further. Kampo, I apologize if this has brought strife to your establishment. Feel free to remove these posts at your discretion.

She is afraid to argue publicly, because she knows she won't win on equal ground.
I did not accuse you of taking credit for what others did, but pointed out how incapable and helpless you are on your own.

*Getting somewhat annoyed at his noticeboard being used to trade insults Kampo adds a note of his own and intructs his ogre bouncer to bonk the next one to post an anonimous barb on the head. What the ogre considers to constitute such is anyone's guess but the ogre keeps a gleefull eye on this particular string of notes, club slung over his shoulder. Kampo's note reads the following and is written in common.*
Everyone is free to trade here but your trading of insults wearies me. Do it in elsewhere.
Kampo.

*Apparently sick of the insults and arguing going on in what seemed like a sensible notice a hooded drow 'dancer male is... well, likely NOT seen as he tears down all posts made by Triel and Earalania after Triel's initial response to Kacha's notice. If he was seen by the lovely ogre bouncer, he'd likely need to make a hasty exit in comical fashion to avoid getting bonked.*

*While tearing down wouldn't constitute posting the ogre gleefully would make some wild swings with his club anyways while shouting 'KRUG Smash!', clearly assuming someone invisible was messing with the posts. When the shadowdancer appears he'd give chase to the door.
Kampo would be quick to step in and calm the excited ogre down and redirect him back to his place. He'd also remove the remaining notes except his own.*
