To whom it may concern,
According to clerical records, the ACTF still owes a sum of 18 million in gold coin to the People of the Commonwealth in unpaid taxes. If the ACTF wish to attempt to reclaim this structure, or any other inside the limits of the Commonwealth, their debt to the People of the Commonwealth is expected, in full, at the Commonwealth Center no later than the evening of the 14th of Mirtul.
