This note is posted in the Market Hall in Cordor, the Seven Stars Academy in Kohlingen, Tarkuul, Kampo's Storehouse and Bendir Dale.
Wizards of the Realms,
Have you ever had a great idea for a spell you'd like to develop or invent, but not have the time to spare from other studies and pursuits? I'd like to invite you to share these ideas to be included in a publication of spell ideas, opened to the public, so that a community of arcanists might work towards the end of developing one of these spells. Ideas will be chosen from those received. Further publications will take place, and later editions may contain those ideas which were not accepted in this edition.
All ideas will be properly recognized as originating from the individual who submits them. It should be understood that the publication is for public use. Do not send me your secrets. Send me those spells which you would desire the magic community in it's entirety to possess.
Please send a letter to Vito Corvus, in The Nomad Returns. In the letter, please include the following details:
Your name. (A little about yourself if you wish to provide it)
Basic spell concept.
Desired effects.
Thoughts as to a method.

Strangely Aiseth takes the notice down in Cordor. Maybe because she felt disgraced by such a potential disaster, or perhaps she did it for the Abjurers protection. Some would go as far as to suggest that her intent was to harm another's network, because she's always doing evil deeds. No matter the reason, there was one less notice.
