*The following notice is placed in Cordor's west and central districts, Tarkuul's Court of the Unliving, Kohlingen, Wharftown, Bendir Dale, and Brogendenstein's dock, on any trade-boards or notice boards for public postings in each settlement.*

NOTICE:

Greetings to all fair beings of the isle, I am Vaaros Pulnor, and I am searching out a Warforged Greatsword. I am willing to trade one flawless mythal, 500,000+ gold, and several rare items, in exchange for the sword, and if possible, any number greater mythals along with the sword. Cheaper offers will be considered.

Please contact me via messenger, in-person at the city of Tarkuul, or by posting ontop of any of these notice papers wherever you may find them.

If the fact I reside mostly in Tarkuul should alarm you, know that it is simply because of its' political neutrality, and I enjoy spending time in the company of plenty of other settlements and citizens.

Each notice board will be updated with offers I have publicly received from other settlements that this message is posted to, in an effort to keep each person interested in the offer, up to speed.

The one in Kohlingen is removed by a very pregnant blonde woman, and whosoever posted it is kindly, but firmly, asked to leave, citing the Holy City's ban on -all- associates of Tarkuul.

*The notice in Kohlingen is replaced with a new one, saying,* "Person looking for Warforged Greatsword or better, check other settlements for offers."

*The -apparently- pregnant woman's notice is stapled with a lily, to symbolize peaceful intent, and scribbled on her message,* "Two cities not liking each other doesn't mean an individual can't notify others of a trade opportunity that some might wish to know of. That's just stifling the economy."

The man would find himself denied the ability to do this by a patrolling Silver dragon, citing that continued action would result in a swift banishment, pointing him towards the laws of the city regarding association with Tarkuul - that they were not allowed.

The notices littering the Barak Runedar port on Brogendenstein are pulled down by some grumpy looking dwarves grumbling about their docks not being a pubic notice board.
