En masse of pamphlets, notes and what not are scattered around the northrend outskirts between bendir and cordor, and some are scattered around kholingen's southern farmlands. They have a easy to understand message.

The pamphlets find themselves pinned across noticeboards with the following written over their respective areas.

Uhm is not a signature on the Treaty of Light.
Wharftown is not a signature on the Treaty of Light
Oakmist Vale is not a signature on the Treaty of Light
The Salandran Temple is not a signature on the Treaty of Light
Kampo's Storehouse is not a signature on the Treaty of Light
Bendir Dale is not a signature on the Treaty of Light

Wharftown was also is he target of the Garagosian Reavers, hence the presence of Kohlingen's Knights.

Did Cordor send troops to aid the Lowlands delta and it's citizens? No! They were sent there to secure the location for the Commonwealth! Kohlingen sent troops to Wharftown to defend the people! Not secure it for Kohlingen's greed.

Guldorand, after it's destruction, was also target to the expansion of Cordor, without any regard for the people who lived there.

I would urge the following speaker be seen with a critical lens. The speaker argues that it is either Cordor's Commonwealth OR The Treaty of Light that is responsible and blameworthy for a cold war. But then continues to say...

Which suggests they do not believe or want others to believe their former argument at all, assuming the question is rhetorical. The speaker has thus decided to throw his or her arguments out the window. So this cancels itself. And to support this canceling, the speaker identifies the following:

YELLOW REPRESENTS THE COMMONWEALTH'S JURISDICTION!

This reads as:

Jurisdiction: An area within which a particular system of laws is used.

Stationed: An area where a person is assigned to work.

I believe the speaker will wish to resubmit their poster with better definition using one or the same identifying feature of Cordor or the Treaty of Light rather than compare two statistics that are incomparable in nature.

Meanwhile I would urge you to forego this propaganda.

As for the business with my fellow Halflings and 'short folk,' I hardly see the Dale's stance of declared sovereignty as a prelude for it having 'picked a side.' Like the Commonwealth, the Dale has decided it best for the time being to remain out of the Treaty of Light and retain its full sovereignty over its lands. A commendable act, if anything."
