All Residents and Visitors to the Shrine of the Dark Maiden are reminded in the strongest possible terms to -avoid Ostland- at any cost. Additionally, should you be traveling in Caraigh, we HIGHLY recommend you not travel the wilds alone. If you absolutely must have specifics, please find myself (Aly'dra) or Vinn'do Wetter and speak to us. There's too much to post here, but NO ONE who has not yet reached the absolute apex of their skills should travel either place. Thank you for your attention, and Maiden bless your travels.
