These notices appear in all the settlements currently allied under the Treaty of Light ((detailed at the end of this post, if you don't know)), as well as an additional one left in the Bendir Dale Town Hall with a request for it to be posted.
Friends and allies of the dwarves of Barak Runedar are cordially and
eagerly invited to attend the Mirtul Coin Festival!
Bring your gold and your goods and prepare to help make this
holy day in honor of the Merchant King the finest this
region has seen yet!
We welcome all allied traders and crafters, as well as those who just wish to
see if their trinkets can earn them a nice return on their investments.
Mind the laws of our home and enjoy fine dwarven food and ale.
To take place on 26 Mirtul, 1382 DR, following a short
meeting of the Council first thing in the morning.
