Post subject:  Letters addressed Village and City leaders...

(A letter sealed with wax and pressed with the image of a five headed hydra like dragon. The contents written in draconic script in what looks to be ink the shade of dark blood. They are sent and left in or near every village, town and city and their respective leaders and and important peoples homes, by way of utterly common messenger services)

To the Worthless insects who rule this island!
Let it be hence forth known that the slaughter of Bendir Dale's ants was the merely the first of the glorious acts of slaughter wrought by King Dyluck the Wrathstar and Queen Kitara the Blood Dancer! All of you insects will tremble before our divine might and they who do not relent to our power shall perish like the weak worthless insects you are!

None of your guards, none of your heroes none of you worthless bugs have any hope of opposing us! We are the true king and queen of evil dragons and anyone, any city, any place that stands against us will suffer the same bloodbath we visited upon the tiny weak ants of the dale!
This is no threat to your towns and people but a promise of blood! Promise of Pain! Promise that we can not be halted and shall do as we wish when we wish how we wish! The king and queen of the suppior race speak this so thus shall it be!

Bow to your betters or die under our boot heels like the vermin you are!

-King Dyluck the Wrathstar & Queen Kitara the Blooddancer

*In Bendir Dale an amply proportioned gnomish woman is sitting at her desk when the messenger arrives.*

Cindle! Can you get me some cheese to pair with this whine?!

A curtly penned reply is returned with one of the "common couriers";

The Enclave of Tarkuul does not recognize either of the presented names as legitimate sovereigns of any nation or political body. Given the borderline incoherent content and numerous errors, we can only assume this to be a prank, or mischief perpetrated by a lunatic. The Enclave of Tarkuul has no intention of submitting to any outside power or individual. We recognize the threatening nature of this correspondence and we assure the author that any attempts to intimidate, harass, or inflict harm upon any of our residents, abroad or at home, will be met with swift vengeance. For future reference, please do not waste the Council's time on correspondence unrelated to legitimate business.

Erelkacha would read the letter roll her eyes and continue with her daily chores and prayers not overly concerned about a pack of idiot dragon disciples acting like idiot dragon disciples.

Inevitably, a copy of the letter finds itself on Marcus' desk - where it is properly considered and then filed - a recommendation sent out to the city's guard posts.

None are found in Wiltun. Any attempting to put them up would be summarily beat to the ground and hauled out by a large Tuigan woman in the uniform of a Jarl-Warden.

One is sent back with a note.

This is not a fight you want to start.

Meanwhile, in Tarkuul, a red-kin, hearing the news, laughs herself nearly into a stroke.

Likewise in Wiltun a dark skinned woman in a Warden uniform would gladly administer the same punishment alongside the Tuigan. Warden solidarity at it's finest.

In Wiltun a certain elf smiles after some soup reading random things, begins to laugh. "Guess I do get to kill them after all."

In Wharftown, the first note is ripped to shreds. Should any more come, one would be kept, and the rest ripped to pieces.

Idiots at their finest, if it even is true, it just reminds me why I abandoned that long long ago.

A certain red-kin snatched at one of the letters, a smirk playing upon her lips as her eyes darted over the missive. Upon finishing it she would giggle to herself before tucking it into a bag about her shoulder and continuing on her way.

In Winya the Private would take one look at the letter then order the gate guards to shoot the messenger.

Meanwhile, a certain dragon-kin wearing a set of heavy platemail with a grey tabard busied himself by going about his daily allotment of treasure hunting, exercising and reading, rarely showing up in the realm of the sun at all. He seemed blissfully unaware of the incoherent letters, their nature and the many cerebrally challenged who failed to notice all of the inconsistencies within.

In Winya Ravana, a moon elven ascetic would take notice of the command issued to the sentries by a rank and file soldier of the Armathora, his reaction mostly restrained, but somewhat alarmed. He would stand there and mull over the act, perhaps attempting to discern it a jest or not, before seeking out High Captain Amilith to politely inquire about the order to murder innocent messengers.

*Kohlingen: A Knight in the platemail and Tabard of the Silver Dragon Knights, removes the notice, placing another instead*

Come within 10 yards of our gates again, worthless chromatic scum and you'll be skewered on a Ballistae bolt. You application for recognition beyond that... Denied!!

In Winya Ravana a notice is put for the Armathora after a certain Captain hears about a certain Private's order.

Back in Tarkuul the High Arcanist reads the notice and after resisting the urge to facepalm, he
tosses the parchment into the fireplace, trying to forget that he ever read something so stupid.

A certain blue dragon disciple may have been seen going about to various places the letters had been left, only tacking notes of her own to ones she were able to reach(Towns she's not banned from, of course).

"Next time you're going to try to impersonate my kin, get their titles right at least. Though I'm sure they could care less of the infamy you're granting them."

No formal response seems forthcoming from Winya Ravana. For all the world could tell, the draconic declaration was simply beneath Elven notice (like so many things).

Within the Temple of Velsharoon, the Necromaster reads the notice. Bemused by the purpose of the notice, he deduces it to be a fraudulent prank in attempts to wreak havoc upon the names signed below, as any true royalty would at least be able to spell words correctly.

Shortly after, he ceases caring, and goes back to his previous activities.

A tall muscled male with a crown and pitfiend like wings grins upon reading it in the Skull Crags before taking it down.
