| Post subject: | [Cordor, Kohlingen, Bendir, Winya, Shrine] Pixies and Kobold |
A few parchements bound together, written in beautiful handwriting in common, elven and dwarven. The first page is just the Silver Scroll of Oghma. Pixie up and about by Kylie. I met a pixie that turned into her humanoid form at Bendir Dale and asked her a few questions. I asked why she changed into her humanoid form first, she told me it is because of the magical flow, as it is not as "present" in settlements as it is in the forests for the pixie. My second question was how do people react to her. She answered me by telling it depends on the first impression she makes, people are usually indifferent towards her, assuming she is just a shifter, or polymorphed, or even a mere familiar. She enjoys leaving the forest for the most common reason, one bane that afflict every living being more than once in their life, boredom. "If you want something done, do it yourself. Hate is just as big of a emotional investment as love." Says Kylie, the Pixie The few other parchments contain a lengthier story, written in big letters for easy reading it seems. A kobold in Kohlingen by Kurchin. Kurchin tells me it is delightfully easy to get permitted to stay in Kohlingen, unless you follow a dark deity, which fortunately, he does not. How people react to him usually depends on the people themself. Some people tend to be quite nasty on sight because he is a kobold, but usually he tends to find out they are rather nasty in general, yip. He gets the most of this in Cordor, though his reception in Kohlingen and the Shrine tends to be alot more pleasant. Kurchin comes up with a story that comments some of the laments he has about others of his kin. Kurchin once knew a kobold called Kazyyk that wanted to start a tribe. Suffice to say though, he was rather difficult, rather distrustful of non-kobolds and took alot of the negative connotation their kin have. One time Kurchin went on an adventure with him and another kobold. They were exploring the Frozen Wastes. Their travels took them to the lair of a Prismatic dragon. They made themselves comfortable there, Kurchin even spoke to some of the kobolds that lived there with the Prismatic dragon. After spending some time there, Kazyyk gets the idea that they should rob the Prismatic dragon's treasure hoard. Kurchin told them they shouldn't do it, that it was wrong to steal from one who hadn't done them any harm and even offered them Sanctuary. But Kazyyn and Ijji didin't listen to Kurchin. They went ahead and tried to rob the hoard. The dragon had it trapped, and both of them triggered the trap. It dumped them both down to a garbage chute. Kurchin didin't want to abandon them, so he went around the mountain, and then came to where they were, a garbage ridden cave, and both of them were dead. Luckily Kurchin had some scrolls of ressurection with him, however when he ressurected the two, they weren't too happy to see Kurchin down there, angry that he didin't go along with them. After an argument, they went back to the Prismatic dragon's lair. Kurchin thought to apologize, but no, the two idiots tried to rob the hoard again. Suffice to say, the second attempt didin't go any better than the first. So Kurchin had to run around the mountain again, to find the same two corpses in the same garbage dump. This time he had to drag both of them to a safe location far away, and revive them. Unfortunately neither of them showed alot of gratitude then either, but all of them were alive and well. "Hugs make everything better. Joy is best when shared" - Says Kurchin, the Kobold. Scripted by Akhiryth, Cleric of Oghma. |

A genasi comes up on the poster. He looks perplexed; confused even. "What's the purpose of this post?!" |
