*The following letter is sent to the Ministries of Cordor or their emissaries, in person by Malus, to the Main Hall of the Commonwealth of Cordor*

Dear Ministries of the great Commonwealth of Cordor

I would like to thank you and your efforts on providing us, citizens, with great joy and the opportunity of a proper and fair personal improvement but also the opportunity to contribute to the developing of this great City, in matters of economy, culture and social development.

To proper express my great joy to be accepted as a citizen of the Commonwealth of Cordor, I would like your authorization on the following even to be held in Cordor Festival grounds to collect founds to support the goals regarding Guldorand. I propose a Festival of the Meat, to be extended to any cook or chef who would like to present new options of food, also helping the local restaurants to divulge their menu and food selection. Bard and artists are also encouraged to present at the meeting as well and for that I would like to know to to extend the invitation to the Triunvir representatives.

If possible, citizens with a proper documentation would be inset of fee to get access to the Festival, but adventures would have to pay a reasonable fee, assuming their name is not in the forbidden list.
