A neatly scribed missive can be seen posted in the appropriate places in Kampo's and the City of Light.
"Attention: Banite Activity
In the interests of improving public safety, I am announcing the intentions of a Banite priestess, named Beatrix. That is, she believes the power of the Black Hand to be waxing.
I would prove her wrong.
Nonetheless, she is no doubt a dangerous foe for the unwary and unprepared. Beware those in green armour who wear the symbol of the Black Hand: a clenched fist, with rays emanating from the centre. Their dogma demands absolute obedience to, and reverence of, their fell master.
If you encounter such a person, there is no shame in appeasing their bullying nature with mere words so that you may make good your escape. If you are able to fight, then I wish you the might of the Triad to steel you.

A blonde haired woman adorned in an over extravagant blue robe happened upon the notice as she was passing through Kampo's. Her lips, pursed in concern as she began to read, quickly curled into a deviant smile as she came to the warning's end. Still smiling, she then continued on her way.

Seeing as the power was fast becoming an excuse for being covered in graffeti and anti-Bane slogans a certain drow priestess grins and decides to join the disrespectful and childish fun scrawling across the progressively illegible poster in bright blue letters. Bane Sucks!
