Parchments are hung from tree's at various locations up and down the Wilderness of the Western Coast by an individual robed in Blue with a Silvery Sun on his Cloak. Some are hung by the standard method of a nail and hammer, others are found attached to crossbow bolts. Some few are glued to the tree's with pine resin and yet more are just scattered about as if at random. The individual seems to have a lightness to his step.Lieutenant Aurelius. . .more like Lieutenant Oppressor
You read it here first, Aurelius, leader of the Vanguard, an aggressive group of Cordorian citizens intent on furthering the goals of the Oppressive Reactionary Regime of the so-called Commonwealth of Cordor, was seen this past day, the 12th of Alturiak, oppressing peace-loving adventurers whose only crime was to hold an informal dance outside the Temple of Waukeen for the entertainment of those gathered there. His given reason. . .they were disturbing the peace, and when other adventurers chimed in to tell him they weren't, his response was that they were disturbing him personally.
In a world of violence and danger, a violent and dangerous world the peasants and workers of the Western Coast suffer daily due the increasing pressures induced by Cordorian Imperial aspirations, can you blame the adventurers for wanting to unwind, and for charity no-less, indeed two hundred thousand gold raised for Cordor's Lathanderite Chapel which will be used most likely to see to the welfare of Cordor's poor.
It seems as though without the guiding hand of the Taverencia, hero of the peasants and workers of Cordor's underclass, who will protect the common people from the heavy handed tactics of Aurelius and his bourgeois Cronies within the aggressively named Vanguard. Today it was merely attempting to stop a dance, tomorrow the Vanguard could be kicking in your front door. Just as Cordor kicked in the front door of the Lowland Delta with their ill-disguised Reavers paid for from the taxes levied against the working classes.
If these words find their way into the oppressed settlement of the Lowland Delta, we urge you, do not collaborate with Cordor's tax-men. Do not pay his levies, do not part with your Gold, we urge you instead to peacefully decline his orders. Action through inaction and nonviolent resistance. Freedom from Tyranny and Oppression does not have to be bought by blood merely by disobedience to the regime imposed upon you.
If these words find their way into the hands of the peasants and workers of Cordor, consider this, the taxes you pay have not been used for public buildings, for maintenance or the education of your children, they bought the Lowlands Delta settlement by the blood of your brothers and sisters in the eternal struggle against the rule of the Oppressor. Some of you may even have had family there. The Western Coast runs red with the blood of the Working Classes, because Cordor seeks expansion into the north.
If these words find their way into the hands of the Cordorian Oppressors and Collaborators. Think about what you are doing and the cost it inflicts upon innocent lives.

One copy is removed from it's post, if another takes it's place, it is left where it is. The man taking the single note would be wearing the uniform of the Vanguard, though adorning a blue trim as his rank.

A copy of an advertisement from the Recorder is attached to the next batch of communiques from some sort of individual, these one's aren't placed in any particular place, rather large stacks are racked up inside simple wooden boxes outside of the gates of the towns on the Western Coast just beyond the sight of guards. Should any single box be removed, another is placed in a similar location nearby.Quote: Good Citizens! The Commonwealth Needs You!
Do you think you have what it takes to stare down Adventurers and even the Harper Menace? The Ministry of Law invites you to defend your Civil Liberties and join the Vanguard!
Is direct conflict not for you? Augment the battle effort against the "Scaled Dogs" by attending the Ministry of Magic's courses on Alchemy!
Good Fortune Find You! The Recorder. . .A tool of Terror The truth bent by the Reactionary Imperialists of the so-called Commonwealth of Cordor Bourgeois Cordorian lap-dogs and their Masters, especially a mister Bill Hurst who regularly dines in comfort whilst the workers and peasants eke out an existence, this is a message for you. Do you take the peace-loving workers and peasants of Cordor's as fools? No-one is fooled by the lip-service you pay to the ideals of Civil Liberty whilst making noise about the recruitment of individuals into a military force led by an individual known to be against such Liberty. Sir, and we use the title tenuously, Marcus Sembianus Aurelius seeks to crush the idealism of all peace-loving individuals who set foot in Cordor, using the slowly dwindling might of Cordor's regular troops to Oppress the people under the direct order and supervision of the Reactionary Government. How can you speak of Civil Liberty when you refer to the expansion of the Vanguard as being necessary to the survival of Cordor? The peasants and workers are not so gullible as to believe that the Vanguard will not be used against them.
Indeed fellow peasants and workers, the very name of this force of collaborators; Vanguard. Think on this a moment. Vanguard. The foremost position in an army advancing on the enemy? Why does Cordor require a Vanguard within it's own borders to police it's own people? The truth fellow workers and peasants, is that Cordor's Elite, Cordor's Bourgeois and her Arcanum Masters name you, the peace-loving workers and peasants, as enemies upon which they have cause to advance. Why? Because when truth's such as these are revealed to the oppressed populace, the historical struggle of workers and peasants everywhere, condemns these individuals to be overthrown by the masses. They the oppressive reactionaries allow regular Army to police their people. Why? Because many of these individuals are from outside Cordor, are citizens in name only, and have no qualms therefore in crushing you the people. Why? Because the Reactionary Oppressors Fear you the people. This is the role in which the Imperial Aggressors that Oppress you have for them. Military should never be used to Police it's own people.

Once again, a single copy is removed, any more that follow are left in place by the blue-ranked vanguard, though he takes time to read it beforehand, and perhaps even a slightest nod of agreement with the propaganda could be seen by those taking note of his reading... Though he says nothing, he carries the single copy back to Cordor.

A woman adorned in the livery of the Silver Dragons of Kohlingen reads the notices as she patrols the coast (Though no further south than Uhm, of course). A faint smile curls at her lips as she takes particular note of the childish scrawling at the bottom. She decides continue her patrol, leaving the messages where they are placed.

The wilderness at night finds a 5 ftish slim figure moving about and plucking one of the first notices from a tree. The only light is a faint orange emanating from a staff.

The next release, very literally washes ashore, as the quay, beach, and dock-sides are awash with Stoppered Bottles within which is sat a roll of parchment. They seemed to have been released covertly from a ship, or perhaps thrown into an outgoing tide only to be washed back into shore when the tides changed. Solidarity A heroine of the peace-loving workers and peasants of Cordor, the Lady Castiel Denoix-Fryar, has during the previous days been arrested on fraudulent charges by the regime of Arcanum-Cordor, duality of reactionary oppressors. A citizen of Cordor, an educator, a person who set aside personal gain to lend aid to the progressive Workers and Peasants of Cordor. A local rather than an outsider, Lady Denoix-Fryar, wedded to one Andrew Fryar, is part of the progressive educational reformist institution the Blue Skies Academy, which seeks to grant all children within Cordor equality of education. The peasants and workers of the Western-Coast cry out against this injustice, leveled against the Children of our brothers and sisters of the Cordorian underclass, and hope that the peasants and workers of Cordor realize that such an act is only a beginning. Education is the key to freedom, religious, spiritual and governmental.

Oppression even in Death
Fellow workers and peasants of the Western Coast of Amia, I would bring to your attention the hyperbole eloquently spouted by the reactionary Government of Tarkuul, whose claim to neutrality is offset by their continued oppression of free individuals even after they have been granted the release of Death. Remember peace-loving friends of the Western-Coast, Tarkuul is and will always be a city that provides knowledge on the back of the most pure forms of Oppression and that is indentured Slavery of the soul. The Government of Tarkuul, or the cult of personality surrounding their Speaker one Luca Severin, claims that all are welcome to "Freely" pursue knowledge and power. Yet nothing is freely pursued when it is acquired with the aid of those indentured into un-living service. The rhetoric of the Speaker is coated in underlying false-hoods.

Appointment based on the Will of the People
And lastly we need to take a long look at the Appointment of individuals in Kohlingen by individualistic arbitration rather than free and open election. During the Historical struggle of the Underclasses against the oppressive regimes of the ruling elite and their Bourgeois lap-dogs there are times when such Arbitration is necessary, however the hypocrisy of Kohlingen opposing the Tyranny of Cordor whilst appointing individuals to positions of power does not go unnoticed by the peace-loving workers and peasants. Will Kohlingen pledge to offer all these positions arbitrarily given to free and open election after the current crisis destroying the lives of the peasants and workers is resolved? Or will they allow the Bourgeois elitism to persist. Remember fellow workers and peasants those who are born into the noble classes believe they can take by birthright what the rest of us must earn through blood, sweat, tears and toil.

This response is limited to a few tree's, though the scope of the area in which they are placed has increased to take in the center of the Island. As usual they are posted outside of the towns and in the wilds.
Response to the Shrine of Eilistraee The Shrine of Eilistraee's recent public proclamation condemning Cordor through the use of sarcasm, that lowest form of Bourgeois wit, offers the peasants and workers of Amia nothing tangible that is not already known and only seeks to promote and provide for insult against our Brethren among Cordor's underclass. If the Shrine wishes to make such proclamations intent on proffering insult to Cordor, they would do well in future to have individuals at hand who can actually and accurately get a point across, without proffering insult to the many peace-loving innocents of Cordor. A proclamation rendered with such condescension that then ends with the following statement:
"So in the end, as war seems to loom, remember Cordors people are innocent and its Government has reasons for everything it has done."
insults the Cordorian underclass' who exist only at the whim of the Oppressive Reactionaries of Cordor's Government and are actually innocent of any crimes. These, the hard-working peasants and workers of the Cordorian populace are not deserving of the vitriol that has been leveled at them, even if such Vitriol is just a result of poor delivery, and we are certain that the peace-loving Heroines of the workers and peasants, Nevaeh Taverencia and Castiel Denoix-Fryar would not approve of you tarring those same people of the underclass with the brush with which you paint a portrait of the current reactionary imperialist Regime of Cordor. If it is the aim of the Shrine to provoke the working classes of Cordor to action against the northern alliance, then you will be successful with a continuance of the current diatribes against our ideological brethren within Cordor. In future the Shrine is encouraged to arrive at the point immediately rather than engaging in puerile rhetoric laden with sarcasm, that only perverts truth and offends the people by asserting that the historical struggle is something in which humor can be found.

A few notes are posted on notice boards in various locations, including Wharftown and Uhm. Seeker of peace and voice of the innocent people - you who have been spreading your concern about the gathering political aggression via interesting methods worthy of note - I would like to invite you to come to the Shrine of Bahamut in Kohlingen. You'll find that a perhaps unlikely individual agrees with much of what you say. If you do not wish to take my offer, I will make do. Just know that you will not be detained or interrogated or harassed in any way should you come and see me before Bahamut's idol.
