A tall, lanky man stepped in from the driving rain, his thin layer of black and plum cloth stuck to his form like a wetsuit. With broken and twisted fingers he pulled down a hood that had proven to be largely ineffectual, and with those same hands squeezed the precipitation loose from his pale blonde hair and let it splatter against the stone floor. Scanning the room and washing it lightly in red light, he began to look for materials and books explaining the process for Citizenship. |

After talking with the Clerk and hearing about a daily 8 am tour that details all of the information included on the exam, he decides to return at that time. |
