Dead or ALIVE (preferrably the latter)
Alton Tinnerai Dead, his body is worth two point five million gold coins. Alive and unspoiled, I will reward you five million gold coins or possibly a relic worth more, depending on your cravings.
Krown Dead or alive, he is worth seven hundred thousand gold coins.
The time and place for delivery is decided by me. If you are of drow heritage and can't present evidence of affiliation to the Eilistraaen Grove, your fate will be the same as his. This is to avoid possible assosiates to take advantage of the situation, gaining the ransom.
The slaver usually appears at Kampo's, the She'kat Valley, Minmir Bridge, Tarkuul and places where transportation to the Underdark is favorable. He prefers magic to catch his prey. A simple and puny Underdark drow, wanting to strive to be something beyond a mere slave to the drow matrons.
Krown is a human with black hair and dark grey/obsidian/metal colored fullplate spiked armor usually. He participated in the late tournament of Cordor.
If you wish to contact me, send a letter to the Iron Butterfly in Winya Ravana.

A wild-Elf in the colors of A Warden of Wiltun would be seen copying the note in Caraigh and tucking it away in her bag.

Any notices found by Moriah, a large earth genasi, are torn down and left with a note replacing them.

A drow wizard dressed in obsidian and light grey, would probably read the notice in Zhanshibon and mutter.
Am i a slaver now? How intriguing.
He would leave via portal, soon after that.

If any notes remain after the earth genasi had it's way with them, the ones that Seekling comes across would be eaten up with a side of flesh.

Zelly frowns when she sees the bounty notice in Kohlingen. She immediately brings it to the attention of the knights and militia and asks if it's appropriate for bounty postings to be there in plain view of citizens and children alike - regardless of whether the bounty is for a slaver or not.

In Cordor the notice seems to be for the most part ignored by a certain guardsmen.

A short response is tacked to one of the notices in the Triumvir. It reads as follows:
"You seem new at this, "Seeker", so I'll give you a tip. No one takes a cold mark from a nameless patron, without money up-front. There's a good reason this bounty has gone unclaimed for a while, and I doubt it's to the credit of the mark.

Tuomas Valo No, places of healing is the only exception to the rule of habouring combattans. This is, however, immidiately negated if operations by combattans are launched from the said place of healing.

*a small young female elf, slight of body dressed in leather armor decorated in the colors of autumn, would approach one of the posters with some interest. Her emerald green eyes flicker over the words as one hand rests on a finely crafted bow while the other fiddles with a long red copper braid that reaches all the way down to her waist. She then checks if anyone would notice her take down the poster. She rolls it up and slips it in her quiver on her back then backs away to a corner to sit on the grass behind the fortune teller’s stall. She leans back on the tree crossing her legs, she takes out a small blade and a piece of wood to start carving. She keeps her hood up and looks about when she hears foot steps*

Akantha sighed as she read over the continuing use of the Triumvers notice boards for this. Annoyed by even more she snapped out a response.
Dear Seeker, you have mistaken this community of artists and intellectuals as a place where you can seek bounty hunters and assassins. I am sure that is a simple mistake brought about by your low intellect and inability to grasp simple ideas, thus I will not hold the tiny mind granted to you by nature against you.
What truly troubles us is that you presume in your infinite arrogance that we should give a damn about your enemy or that we fear your reprisal for not caring about someone who has done us no wrong. Once more however I fear that faulting you for your innate ineptitude and foolishness is unfair of me so I will restrain myself from pointing out just how idiotic you are to presume that an art house, stage and library would in anyway concern themselves with what amounts to an anonymous bounty contract that in and of itself may attract dangerous and unsavory folk to our home. Nor shall I list the vast number of rogue's dens where bounty hunters and assassins would be considerably more likely to find your notice and take up this job of yours that feel so adamantly must be completed.
Lastly however I will say that the Triumver is a neutral ground, we do not concern ourselves with peoples petty personal vendettas, religious wars, moral or ethical conflicts or blind hate. So please get it through your thick head we don't welcome your feeble attempts to hire assassins here. -A

Don't be an idiot, this has been posted in several locations. And many nefarious people who might be interested come through the Triumviir.

*A response it tacked up by a boy a day later*
I know the Triumvir is neutral, o' dear reader. The post is not inviting assassins, because you will find these posters in almost every city in Amia, Caraigh and other locations as someone else keenly noticed. It is not just a place of lore, art and music, but also a stepping stone for travellers, who might need work. No better way to earn a fine sum of gold than to capture a drow slaver that is roaming unchecked, perhaps capturing more beings to become his slaves this very moment. The drow needs to be dealt with, but whether it is your concern or not, I do not care. As described in the posters, the individual is said to frequent other places than the Triumvir, so this poster might actually lead assassins and bounty hunters away from the place you treasure so much, if only for a time. They are likely to frequent it to begin with, no doubt. Capturing a villain is not necessarily a job for people with a shady background, mind you. It is a poster, not an notice to assemble in the Triumvir. You can write and read I assume, but the vital part that process information is greatly flawed.
Would auctioning off weapons and trinkets of destruction not also invite potential murderers and maniacs to the Triumvir? A mere wanted poster does not tip the scales of neutrality the Triumvir is famed for. If you can convince the lore ladies, the artists and Jon Halifast that this poster indeed is such a horrible thing, you may send a letter with all of their signatures and relevant information to Winya Ravana at the Iron Butterfly. I will stop posting here if you manage that. Until then, mind your own business, "A"rse.
*signed* The Seeker (who indeed is a novice when it comes to wanted posters. The information I have is what I wrote, and I -will- pay the sum that I promised when the job is done. Arrangement of payment before and after can be discussed)

A certain darkrobed drow wizard would eye the chain of notices in Triumvir and shake his head in frustration. He would eye the surrounding for a moment before muttering for himself.
It seems that there is a major misunderstanding here.
He would take a blank parchment from his pocket and write down a note. But instead of leaving it attached to the noticeboard he would guide his steps towards the inn, accompanied by a quiet sigh.

Two men transit the Triumvir late in the evening. One, the servant, interrupts the senior of the two to point out the mess being made of the message board. The senior in his grey felt coat and exquisite shoes, begs a pardon from haggling with the short purveyor of edible trinkets and reads the messages for himself.
What begins as curiosity bordering on annoyance transforms to amazement and finally settling on outright mirth. In a lilting sibilant tone that can only be the Illthiri language, "He evades capture, still??", followed by a hearty and long laugh as the two depart.
A short time later the servant returns and posts a notice as well. It is written on very fine parchment, emblazoned with both the letterhead and seal of the Sorcere in Edonil, both translated in drow and common language. The main text appears only in common, written in a fine practiced hand.
Seeker,
I have have found your chase to be of particular interest and amusement. However, the Dread Queen of the Demonweb Pits will not be patient much longer for you to bring this criminal to justice. May you eventually find success and bring down this Alton for the glory of Lolth.

Left posted only in the Triumvir Dear replier, note that i said OUR demi-plane not mine. Our because I and countless other performers who live, keep and protect this place have had our fill of garage and people taking their personal vendettas and hate here thinking our home amounts to their personal battlefield. Unless it strictly regards the arts in some fashion find somewhere else clutter with this garbage. I'm done arguing, and any slander, bounty notices or anything else that do not pertain to the arts will be removed, no ifs ands or buts.

A figure dressed in dark wizardly clothes would eye the notice in Zanshibon with a wide and amused grin on his dark features. After a moment of a keen observation, the hooded drow would write down a note and pin it under the wanted poster.
Any individual who will bring this Seeker for me will be granted with a major reward of eight million gold crowns. The payment will be paid at its full cost, no matter if this elf is dead or alive. This literally and physically insufficient moron can be seen travelling with an adorable looking elf called Arial. If the female is delivered with this seeker, the amount of gold that is granted, will be ten million gold crowns. If you manage to obtain what i am seeking, leave me a note in either Zanshibon or Underport.
Happy hunting, Alton.

The note in the Triumvir is rather thoroughly vandalized. Apparently someone didn't like the notice. Or someone thought it was amusing. Or both. Either or really. Quote: Dead or alive extremely dead
Alton Tinnerai Dead, his body is worth two point five million gold coins. You don't want to know what I plan on doing with him. Trust me. Alive and unspoiled, I will reward you five million gold coins or possibly a relic worth more, depending on your cravings. or I might just kill you. If I feel like it.

The slaver usually appears at Kampo's, the She'kat Valley, Minmir Bridge, Tarkuul and places where transportation to the Underdark is favorable. Good job telling him where to avoid, except Tarkuul, because they like crazy people there. He prefers magic to catch his prey. The time and place for delivery is decided by me. If you are of drow heritage and can't present evidence of affiliation to the Eilistraaen GroveActually, I don't really care. And it's Eilistraeean Shrine, not Grove. I'm an idiot., your fate might will be the same as his. This is to avoid possible assosiates to take advantage of the situation, gaining the ransom. indulge in my murderous madness.
The slaver usually appears at Kampo's, the She'kat Valley, Minmir Bridge, Tarkuul and places where transportation to the Underdark is favorable. Good job telling him where to avoid, except Tarkuul, because they like crazy people there. He prefers magic to catch his prey. A simple and puny Underdark drow, That has somehow managed to elude me despite being simple and puny. I am too. That and completely unimaginative and possessing no wit at all. wanting to strive to be something beyond a mere slave to the drow matrons.
Krown is a human with black hair and dark grey/obsidian/metal colored fullplate spiked armor usually looks like every other cliche villain, And more like myself than I like to admit.. He participated in the late tournament of Cordor. Clash of Cordor, and wasn't actually a citizen either.
If you wish to contact me, send a letter to the Iron Butterfly in Winya Ravana. I'm sure the barkeep loves dealing with this junk. Actually, I don't really care. He'll probably throw them out, so be sure to send multiple letters just to piss him off more. Better yet, contact me in Tarkuul, it's my home in case you couldn't tell from my obvious and bland cliche villainy.
*signed* The Seeker Insert cliche villain title here, be certain to include something pertaining to an utter lack of creativity and sense.

A response is left at Zanshibon.
Seeker,
I'm feeling uncharacteristically generous today so I'll help you out again. No one wants to take your bounty. Do you know why? Mixed messages.
Those good of heart might have been drawn to hunt a slaver, but your writing is too vicious for their tastes. What's more, you use an alias - what do you have to hide, they wonder? They do not see you as friend to them, so they refuse.
The darker sort might not mind your use of an alias. We all have secrets we wish to hide. But then you claim favourability for the Eilistraeeans - as if, magically, the faith eliminates any sense of treachery. And so you look like a common do-gooder, out to wound those who might be allies to us. Two to five million is a lot of coin, but perhaps not enough to burn a potential ally - and if he's smart, he'll gain the sympathies of anyone who might otherwise hunt him. So they refuse, as well.
I'll reiterate what I told you before. Offer money up-front, and hire a team. Get involved personally, it helps. And write a damned physical description of the drow. Oh, and I'm not interested in the mark myself, since you have issues with non-Eilistraeeans, and I might even take the counter-offer. I just can't stand it when I see such a poor effort hiring mercenaries.

A note is added to the notice in Zhanshibon at some point by a passing figure in heavy armor.
Why are you even still bothering? If you want any real attention, get specific with the artifacts you're offering or pike off. Oh, and don't forget that adding Krown to this list just got a whole organization on your ass. You're probably gonna be a mantle piece.
