A notice is pasted to the wall just beside both doors to the interior shops in Underport.

Valued Patrons,
It is with great regret that I must
give notice that should business not
improve, I will be forced to pack up
my wares and leave Underport.
If you value the services I offer as
I value your patronage, I would ask
that you spread the word to your
fellow alchemists to sell me their wares
that I might have more to offer you,
my most valued patrons.

//This is to hopefully draw some IC business to the Alchemy Merchant in Underport. The reason that he has little supplies to sell is because no one has sold much of anything to him from the Job System. Once he's had job alchemy items sold to him, he will be able to offer some in return (that's how the merchant scripts work).
So it's up to you all to "provision" him for later use
