Anyone roaming around the Western Gates of Kohlingen might spot an odd occurrence. A body of a badly broken and beaten Banite is unceremoniously lobbed over the Western Wall. He lands with a thud and in a crumpled pile. It appears this Banite got into a scuffle with some folks, and they figured this was the best spot to leave him.
What followed through the actual gate was a kobold with a message..

Kurchin would come to the guards at the front, waving in his usual friendly manner, trying to help diffuse any possible confusion or hostilities. When given a chance to speak, he would say.
"Hello thewwe, sowwy about this hewwe... this Banite attacked us in the Twiumviwwe, us being myself, Taelaw, Avadon, and Sunny. Aftow he was killed, they thought that Kohlingen would like to have custody of this Banite since he'd been a pwoblem befowwe, and they can't entow because theiwwe tieflings... so... hewwe I am. Considow this a gift fwom Wiltun if you will, yip.
Anyways... could you please let the knights know? If I wecall they had an intewest in this one."
If there was nothing else, Kurchin would then depart.

Tuomas would additionally, having been asked for try to help calm any tensions which rise, requesting the body be handled by the Guards as directed unless given other orders by the Justicar or Lady Cystana.
