Kohlingen's Guards and Templars;

By request of the Triadic Knights, all peoples returning from tonight's Grand Revel are to be quarantined. Only Paladins are exempt from this requested order. The quarantine should last three days minimum time to assess risk of infection.

Reason for request;
High risk of infection coming into Kohlingen,
low security at the revel to ensure no infected will be present,
chance of Talonite presence to ensure spread of plague
