Hail I am General Vince Rowe,
This message is in regards to your shrine and a criminal of war that is lurking within your flock

During a recent training exercise on wilderness survival I instructed my men to hunt deer and game in the Amia forest for sport and food in a jolly good show of Valor and skill!
However those farkin kobold fondling druids showed up and landed an unchilverous surprise attack against my band of merry men

Well worry naught my fine sirs, those unchilverous bastards may have gotten the jump on General Vince Rowe and his men but we outclassed them both in Valor and in combat prowess and we fell the sodding gits in a show of true Chivalry and Valor!

During the battle we captured a POW a kobold of unknown name, the kobold unlawfully escaped our clutches on its way to a detention and rehabilitation centre and we took charge after it, the git made its way to your shine and declared sanctuary and had the ghaul to tell us to sod off!

We then got approached by an unknown woman wielding (yes wielding) the most uncompromising golem I ever set my eye upon! She informed us that she was a figure of authority at the shrine so we asked for the immediate extradition of the War Criminal who unlawfully escaped capture without even asking!
But the worst is yet to come kind sirs! She had the sheer cheek to tell us that Valor does nay exist and that she does not give a flipping flying fark about the ways of Chivalry... This made me and my men feel...

In summary I would like to request the paperwork to apply for the extradition of the Kobold in question and a formal letter of apology from the unknown woman and a fruit basket would nay go amiss

A petite, bouncy little drow wizard happens upon the notice, likely shortly after it was turned in. She and a small bat on her shoulder read it, one with pursed lips and the other with stunning indifference as he groomed himself. It takes her a moment but she restrains herself from alphabetizing the list of grievous feelings, but she eventually goes inside the sanctum with the message

You ignored the druids' laws on their own land, and proceeded to lure them into a trapped area, clearly set up with the intent to murder them. That makes you nothing more than a honorless, lying bandit. Vith'dos.
