An envelope is sent in return. Inside lies a elegantly written letter with a flamboyant portrait of the author stamped on it, perhaps to easier recognize the owner for future transactions or meetings.(If your PC have viewed the portrait, Your PC will recognize Hashim) A return address is also scribbled on the poster, leading to a postbox in Wiltun keep.

I take it you are new to the Amian Isle, Else you would not be asking for a cloak that nearly ALL Adventurers on this god forsaken rock desire. The Cloak of Fortification, Tier Five, Is -The- Most sought after piece of equipment.
You can nearly buy a city with one in your possession.
Secondly - I do actually have a few platemails for sale, Tier five, But i do not accept gold as a payment method. I am a man of trade and hence desire only items in return.
Lastly i also have a few necklaces with tier five protection. But as above they do not come cheap nor is gold accepted. Please see my Shop list for details.
