*A note is pinned to a board in Cordor* I, Storm, am seeking the following items; A Warforged Bastard Sword Two rings with regenerative abilities of the fourth tier. A helmet known along the lines of "Spectral Vision" to greatly enhance ones sight. A cloak of the nymph of the sixth tier A belt of the giant of the sixth tier I have no items to trade, though I do have a fair sum of gold. If one does not have the items in question, but they have an estimate of what they are worth in such, please leave a reply pinned to this one... PS: I may not be able to afford to purchase "all" of the items listed, though I don't expect to be able to find them all at once, regardless. *another bit of text is written on the fleeting space on the page.* I have recently acquired a cloak of fortification of the fourth tier and a somewhat rare phoenix platemail to aid in the trades if I must, though I would prefer to spend coin only for these items. |

You have my apologies, I left that portion out. It is the inn located in Kohlingen where I am currently residing. Feel free to send a message there, or leave word here if you prefer. I will be around. Also, given the state of Kampo's, I can meet you in Cordor whenever you wish. -Marcus |

*pinned to the message above* To Marcus, should you ever come across this notice again. I see why I would not know of the Mayfield's Inn. I do not associate with Kohlingen, as the so-called pure city is undermined with its code of racism pasted openly outside the city gates. For too long in history have people been subjected to prejudice based on blood alone. While prior people of those bloodlines may have tended towards the darker side of the world, for the most part many of the blood-lines listed may lay dormant from parent to child. For example, what should happen if two perfectly human people gave birth to a tiefling or dragonkin child in Kohlingen? Would they be outcast, would they have to abandon the city due to the restrictions of race allowed within its walls? What if the parents could not afford to move from Kohlingen, would they have to abandon the child completely? If such an event were to simply be put aside and ignored on a case-by-case basis, then they would be subverting the law itself. No, so long as Kohlingen bears unjust laws that forbid people from entering simply because of their entirely uncontrollable heritage, I don't step foot within its walls. Racism is just disgusting. This is why I would prefer us to deal in Cordor, for so long as Kohlingen laws forbids one I hold dear to my heart, who had no choice over her bloodline, simply because of her blood alone, I will not be dealing in that tainted unjust city. *The current time is written down upon the notice* I will be at "The Nomad's" in Cordor at both twelve and twenty four hours after this time for one hour, we'll try meet there then if time is willing. *signed in a nearly indecipherable scrawl* -Storm. |
