These letters are addressed and delivered to the leadership of Kohlingen, to Sir Robert and His house, the Triadic Knights, Bendir Dale and the current mayor, the Shrine of Eilistaee and specifically Jud'Vardas, to Barak Runedar, to the people of Ceyren's Mill and Thane Cory Shadowflame, to the people of Winya, to Copper Industries and their leader Zelly, to the War Knights and War Lord Malatril, to Endir's Point, to Wharftown and even the Cordorian Adventuring Guard via Belalad. This letter would not be posted publicly but a copy of this letter would be left with Wiltun's leaders. Knowledge of this letter's circulation would only rest with those who receive or share it.
Esteemed Cities and Factions of Amia and Abroad,
It has come to the attention of the Jarldom of Wiltun, that a certain criminal by the name of "Hawkeye" aka "Blue" and his cronies, a band of criminals and highwaymen that have been plaguing the Amian isles, have been capturing and killing under the guise of working for Wiltun. Wiltun and Her Wardens strongly denies any endorsement or cognition of their acts.
These nefarious individuals are wanted criminals on Wiltun lands and when captured will be punished for their crimes here at home and then given to any other peoples that have been wronged by their actions abroad. We seek to cooperate with any who would like to see these individuals brought to justice. In the hopes of full disclosure, all information concerning these individuals will be given to those who would have them pay for their crimes.
A file of collected information and intel, to help those of you who want to better protect your peoples against this threat, will be provided. Given the recent attack on the island of Amia and the damage done to the Shrine of Eilistraee and Her allies, Wiltun and Her Wardens wish to extend friendship and the desire to preemptively address any future or current threats to the well being of the fine people of these islands.
We will continue to work towards bringing an end to these criminals and murderers.
Honor through Service,
~First Knight Avadon of Wiltun
Each letter is stamped and sealed with a waxen stamp of the Wiltun Raven.

Sir Robert, working late this day in his estate, leans back in the oak chair as he cleanly cuts the wax seal and opens the letter. Moving a few files on his cluttered desk once he finished, he frees the one on the topic he sought and lights another candle.

The Mayor takes this letter and waits patiently for those supposed files to be sent.

Another round of letters are sent out to the same cities and factions. But this time there are copies of both letters are sent to Djedt and its Sekhry, as well as the Church of Lathander and its Dawnmaster.
Esteemed Cities and Factions of Amia and Abroad,
Due to the valiant efforts of the Jarl-Wardens of Wiltun, the criminal known as "Blue" and his accomplice, a female pirate and supposed pale master by the name of "Skye," have been captured while attempting to impersonate Jarl-Wardens. Wiltun's forces are going to continue interrogation of these individuals to verify reports and information so that a full and comprehensive file of details can be delivered to you all. But for the sake of organization and security, I ask that any of you that desire the full report on these individuals, will please send a reply letter addressed to me.
Wiltun will continue to keep those interested parties informed of their movements, locations and actions so that the threat they represent can be adequately and definitively addressed.
Honor Through Service,
~First Knight Avadon of Wiltun
Once again, neatly adorned with the waxen seal of Wiltun's Raven.
