TRADESMEN AND CITIZENS OF THE COMMONWEALTH
You all know of the great tragedies that have befallen Guldorand in the last few months. Slaver attacks, Giant invasions, Bugbear raids and now it appears BANITES have all but destroyed the village.
As you remember, it was a BANITE that summoned a RED DRAGON in our VERY OWN SOUTHERN DISTRICT and caused great damage there.
Thanks be to our great Cordorian Guard for bravely felling the beast despite many being badly wounded!
Now it is YOUR turn to do your part citizens! Guldorand needs our help and Speaker Maximillian and the council have responded!
Cordor is in negotiations to restore the lumber industry and return supplies to our great city. While others are feeding them a fish for a day, Cordor goes the extra step to teach the people of Guldorand to fish again!
These are good, hard working people just as you are!
How generous our council has been. Extending to the people a temporary citizenship to speed their return to logging and providing a 90 day period for them to begin the proper citizenship efforts.
They are willing to have good Captain Neveah Tarvencia train a special unit of guards to provide security for the township to STOP these attacks of both vile monster and opportunistic adventurer alike!
We are to negotiate with the owner of the Guldorand Logging Company to secure the lands in order to proceed with all this and the city will be most generous in giving fair value for rights to the lands despite the ruined state of it currently.
Will you, Citizens and Tradesmen of Cordor, do YOUR PART in this great and noble effort?
Will you help the people of Guldorand, help your friends, your families, your city by adding your skills to the rebuilding effort?
If you would, then we need to begin to organize you so that we can place you in the best positions for this new work!
If you are a SKILLED TRADESMEN, you may contact Artum Tauri at my CCC box and for general laborers and inquiry, check with the Ministry of Labor offices in a ten day as the negotiations will hopefully be concluded by that time.

Trip takes one of the papers and reads over a few times. He crunches the paper into a meager wad with his great fist and throws it on the ground
Artum.. Hrm.
He walks away, a crooked smile forming across his face

"You are just a bit slow on the ball there, friend.." The Dawnguard muses to himself before walking off.

The notices are renewed with the following change.
*****
TRADESMEN AND CITIZENS OF THE COMMONWEALTH
The people of Guldorand will remain and need your help!
Are you seeking good, honest work that will also tend your spirit as well as put coin into your hands? Would you enjoy being able to help others such as yourself while helping yourself...your families?
Then come to Guldorand and help them rebuild!
Trademen are needed as well as general laborers. All tradesmen are to report to Tagnar the Dwarven Stonemason for your duties and general laborers can report directly to Mayor Gustov.
