A warrior who compines arcane and melee combat, I'm looking for you. In hopes of being your future student. Perhaps it would be possible to meet?

Eli,

I would seek out brother Amras. He is often in Winya, and wears silver chainmail most of the time.

Best,
Arion

Seek out Lady Samantha Lockheart, E'dalar Solanthis or his life companion Adela. They are in the academy of the Mystic Blades.

A wild-elf in the uniform of a Jarl Warden would read this and leave a message...

"first off before anything can be done we all must know if you are innate in the arcane or learn through study.
