A message is sent to all Associates. Greetings, friends! I'm sure you have all noticed the recent influx of insults and propaganda against the company, but as of now, I urge all of you to simply ignore it. I obviously can't stop you from responding, but I offer you this as my reasoning: These people are attacking our policies in restricting our trade and services with those of evil blood and intent, as well as those who support those evil creatures or persons. They believe that our decision to restrict our services from evil and their supporters is folly and indicates some kind of lust for power over the market. Now, those accusations I can live with, because I am a child of Bahamut. I will not serve evildoers or their allies. The only people affected by our policies are those who fall into those groups. As such, if their claims gain them new customers, then they're only gaining customers who don't agree with our policies. And I'm fine with that. The customers and clients that we have who agree and support our policies will continue to do business with us. Personally, if we have customers and clients who want to turn away from us because they agree that our policies against evil are too restrictive, then I am okay with that. Despite what people may think, I don't seek a stranglehold on the economy. I merely wish to bring our goods and services to the goodly people of these isles. We will continue to do so even with these groups rising up to take care of those we won't serve. So let us stand together and serve our goodly customers and clients - those who will not stand for the darkness that tries to plague every street and home in this region. Anyone who does not agree with our policies, or believes that refusing so adamantly to serve evil and their supporters is free to leave. Simply let me know and I will remove you from the roster with no penalty to you. Anyone who supports these decisions and our policies, you have my eternal thanks. Some do not understand what it means to stand for the forces of good, and it is my belief that we can make a difference by adhering to our beliefs and bringing our services to those who accept them in kind. It has been an honor working with all of you, and I look forward to continuing our business in this region and beyond. Respectfully yours, Zelly |
