Printed on good quality parchment, the following are placed in prominent places, having made care to ask permission of each and not placed over other notices, which would be rude, wouldn't it. They would be found in Gentlemen's Outfitters, Smiths, Leather workers, several temples (where allowed) and some more high end drinking establishments, locations of song, libraries etc. Strangely, none would be posted in shops that cater for singularly feminine needs, such as seamstresses, perfumeries and hardware shops that sell laundry tools.

Crow spots a notice, reads it, then pauses.
He seems to think for a moment, then reaches out, and plucks the note from the board it is on.
He rolls up the parchment, stowing it away, with a nod.

[A woman in armor takes pause at a smithy, pausing to examine the curiosity of fine parchment within such an establishment. She examines the notice for a time, her smile growing wider and wider, before she carefully removes it from the wall, pausing to take out an equally fine piece of parchment and copying the notice, before replacing it. She rolls the original parchment up, and tucks it away.]

"I do believe that the Triumvir will enjoy news of this. I wonder how long it will take for us to run into them."

[The woman finishes her business with the smithy, pausing to examine her sword and paying the smith for the repairs, before exiting to Wharftown, opening a portal and disappearing into it.]

Loynis gives a nod of approval after he reads the notice.

"How interesting, it sounds like what the Dawnguard should have been."

He then walks to the chapel of Lathander, a quill and parchment in hand.

San reads the note... and wonders what the Knights have against running garb, last he heard a loincloth is a flimsy affair prone to show off one's gentlemanly bits. His cut off briches were most definitely not a loin cloth. Remembering the scantily clad females he had seen about Kohlingen he wonders what Azerial has against him. Surely Healthiness and cleanliness is next to godliness.

He also wonders if this an official ban, looks at his golden running garb and sighs. Looking out his window, he notices the skies are clear, reaches for his oil, applies some to his aching thighs, dons his soft leather running plimsolls and heads out for an early morning run, making sure nothing 'flops out'.

'Hmm this is a most ungentlemanly way to make this proclamation, quite out of order'

He would, on his exercise round go round all the notices and remove the bit about 'running gear' added by Azerial.

Returning from a hart hunt and the following dinner, Sir Robert returns to his residence, uncorking a bottle of a suzail 1355 and pouring himself a most generous glass. Going over the parchments stacked on his desk, he finally reaches the copies of reports from the Triadic Knights and the public notice of the Most Venerable and Gentlemanly Order of the White Rose. A slight scratch of his eyebrow - a siginal of mild exasperation - at the fellowship of chivalry and their more recent flamboyent demonstration is all he shows, before he sees to other matters.

Lilia notices one of the elaborate fliers during her trip to Furth’s Emporium. Having nothing better to do as there certainly were no washboards there, she perused it quietly, then tapped her chin exclaiming to herself:
"San is always so eccentric, though perhaps it’s a good thing the men are forming their own book club, it should certainly help keep them out of my hair."
